Sunday evening

-Y/n POV:-

"Y/n I- I didn't know this will happen, I am sor-" Wilbur was talking but I cuts him off, annoyed,I tried not to raise my voice "are you going to apologize to me? After what? After my manager fired me? Well, thank you, I don't accept your apology" I said, taking a deep breath to continue. "I was doing a perfect job hiding my face with the damn mask, why did you remove it?!"

I was so angry, I buried my face in my hands and let out a frustrated sigh, I heard Wilbur speaks up. "Y/n, I promise I can make it up for you" I looked at him, still annoyed "how? Magically travel back through time and don't remove my mask?" I said in a sarcastic toon, I was annoyed because I was working hard on this job even if it was simple, but I loved it.

Wilbur sigh and he looked a bit guilty that he messed up and I felt a pang in my heart. "Just come with me to my house and I will call a doctor to get this glass out firstly, okay?" Wilbur says, pointing at the place around my mouth, I nods, at least I will get free help.

we started walking down the street, we didn't talk while walking, but the silence wasn't awkward, it was actually comfortable one, I was normally a really awkward person who really felt awkward during the silence but this was new, the breeze made my hair flew behind my face, I turned my face to look at a sign which was on Wilbur's side and I caught him glancing at me.

I decided to act as if I didn't notice anything and we continue walking in silence, we passed by the houses and I watched one by one, the same ones, or new ones duo to new people moving in the neighbourhood, they reached his house and oh god, it was huge, so huge, I was so excited even though I was just probably going to sit in the living room.

Wilbur went to the front door and started unlocking the door, I saw he had many keys, does he has multiple houses or something-?, I thought to myself, he then looks at me "Come in" he said, I started heading inside, taking off my shoes, Wilbur takes off his shoes and places his keys aside, he motions for me to follow him and I follows him to the living room.

I followed him to the living room, it was fancy, I slowly sit on the couch as I saw Wilbur get out his phone to call the doctor "Wait here, I will be right back" Wilbur said to me, I nods and saw he head to the other room so I couldn't hear him, I looked around (with her eyes ofc), the house looked expensive, there was many things that made me think that he was secretly a billionaire.

I stayed there, until I heard his footsteps, I looked at him and he started talking "the doctor is coming in five minutes, okay?" I nods "shouldn't these things be done in the hospital? Because I feel bad that a doctor will come from the hospital to here for just this" I said, feeling sympathy, Wilbur looks at me as he sits on an armchair "that's my personal doctor"

I blinks "okay, now I am sure you are a billionaire for real" I said, chuckling and he seemed confused but smiles, then I suddenly hear the doorbell rings "That quick?! I feel like he was standing beside the front door when you called him" I said, following Wilbur, Wilbur opened the doctor and she saw the doctor enter, the doctor looked at her and pointed at the couch for her to sit.

It feels like this doctor knows Wilbur's hours, like he came a lot or something, I sit on the couch, the doctor sets his kit on the coffee table, I saw the pair of tweezers and band aids, alcohol and a tray, the doctor started wearing his gloves and he kneeled down in front of me, Wilbur was standing beside me, making sure I was fine.
