Inkopolis' Anomaly

Hallo!! This is Pt. 2 of Chapter 25!!! So I hope you read and enjoyed the first half because this one is going to be filled with lots!!! -J.P.

Realizing what was about to happen, everyone tried to run away.
But they were all too late...

Xavier fired the cluster of Energy towards everyone.

As everyone tried to run away, it exploded as it touched the ground, destroying everything in a large radius and sending everyone flying to the ground.

Y/N: I hit the ground hard as I rolled back even more. When I stopped, my head was pounding as my vision was blurry.

What the hell... Happened... Where is... Everyone..?

I looked behind me and could see Topaz standing up as she held her left arm in pain.

Looking to my right I could see Callie and Marie close by, shielding Callie before falling to her knees.

Turning to my left I could see Jade struggling to stand back up as she protected both Destiny and Danica.

In the distance I could see Agent 3 covering Pearl and Marina along with 8 and Cuttlefish.

"You alright, Y/N?" Topaz asked.

"Somewhat... But... Xavier, he's still here and were all down..."

I got back up with Topaz's help and healed my injuries with Topaz doing the same.

"C'mon, we need to help the others while we still ca-"

"Still not focusing on the bigger picture huh Y/N?"

You tried to react in time but failed as Xavier kicked you across the face, pushing you into the crater below.

"Y/N!" Topaz shouted.

Topaz quickly regained herself and delivered a bolt of Energy to Xavier's side, hitting him as he slid back.

"Y/N! C'mon! We've gotta get ready..." Topaz said as she jumped down to you.

I grabbed Topaz's arm as she helped me up, dusting myself off as well.

"Everyone's trying to regroup, we need to hold him off to buy some time!" She added.

"Easier said than done... Ever since this entire battle started, his Energy has just been increasing..." You noted.

Both Topaz and I infused Energy into our swords, ready for another fight.

"Struggle all you want Y/N, it'll be for nothing in the end." Xavier said.

Running towards Xavier, you took the lead as Topaz jumped to his side, readying her sword from below.

Xavier quickly broke the ground, throwing you off balance as he grabbed Topaz's wrist, disarming her and taking her sword.
