TMNT Leonardo x Ryliee O'Neil

Ryliee sits in on a spar between Donnie and Mikey, the latter stretching beforehand. He gestures his older brother to attack first and dodges a kick with a backflip. He spins in
place as Donnie grabs his arm. He throws him over his shoulder, Mikey flipping and landing near Ryliee giving her a side hug with a chuckle.
"Dude, what are you doing?" Donnie facepalms, "You don't defend against Seoi Nage with back flips."
"Why not?" Mikey moves in place, "Back flips are where it's at."
"The best defense is to roll along my back, then take me to the ground and put me in an armlock. Unless, of course, I counter with a-"
Mikey shakes his head with a smile, "Hey, man, you can't take the fire out of hi-yaah!" he does a backflip, "Dr. Flip-enstein!"
"I don't even know what that means." Donnie looks over to see their Sensei emerging from his room to start Ryliee's training for the day, "Master Splinter, what would you do if someone tried to throw you with Seoi Nage?"
"I don't know." Splinter answers honestly.
"Come on, you must have planned a response for every attack."
"If you think too much about what is coming, you lose sight of what is. You must be fully in the moment so you can fight without thinking."
"Why would I want to fight without thinking?" Donnie asks.
"Ryliee will demonstrate." Splinter helps the blonde up, "Donatello, prepare to defend against Seoi Nage." he then gives a nod.
Ryliee smirks and performs a spinning kick before pinning Donnie down with knee as she held his hand behind his back.
"Ow! That wasn't Seoi Nage!"
Splinter chuckles, "No, but you thought it would be." Ryliee lets Donnie go as he rubs his head, "Now, would you like to prepare to defend against a spinning back-kick?"
"No, I'm good." Donnie groans as Ryliee smiles at him, Splinter leading her away for her training.
Mikey chuckles, "Know what would have worked there? Back flip!"
Donnie groans in response.
Donnie works on some kind of flowchart in his lab, the others sneaking around him.
"What you up to, Donnie?" Leo asks.
Donnie spooks up before sighing, "Just putting the finishing touches on my master plan."
"Master plan?" Raph asks.
"Yeah, to get April to hang out with me." Donnie continues working as his brothers laugh at this.
"Donnie...can't you just be straight-forward with her?" Ryliee asks walking towards Leo.
"Try this, "April, do you want to hang out with me?" " Leo suggests.
"Yeah, you see, it's not that simple. I have to prepare for every possible response to maximize my chances of success." Donnie finishes up his chart.
"Aw, that's so romantic!" Mikey coos.
"While it is thorough, Donnie, don't you think it's a little..much?" Ryliee raises an eyebrow.
Donnie rolls the chart out and clears his throat, "Not at all, Ryliee."
"Okay then. Give us an example." Ryliee crosses her arms, looking at the chart skeptically.
"Yeah, for instance, if April says she can't because she has homework, then I will suggest an informal study session and serve healthy, brain-stimulating snacks." Donnie points at the chart.
"Well, what if she says she can't because you're a total nerd?" Raph wonders.
"Ah, that's this thread here. I will list my many non-nerdy qualities and suggest activities that will highlight my coolness, such as skateboarding or shark wrestling."
Ryliee shakes her head with a sigh, "Donnie, this is just too much. I mean, all of this just to ask someone to hang out with you?"
"Not just someone, Ryliee! April!"
"I am well aware of who April is hello? I'm her twin sister. April is still a normal human girl. All you have to do is walk up to her and ask her to hang out sometime. You can even plan it together in advance." Ryliee crosses her arms.
"Why? Is that something you and Leo plan out for when Space Heroes comes on or when you guys have training or just sit around talking?" Donnie asks.
"Yes./Exactly." Leo and Ryliee say in unison.
Donnie groans to himself.
"Guys!Ryles!" April rushes in with her laptop and a panicked look on her face.

"Yah!" Donnie quickly switches the plan to show a poster of Space Heroes, April rushing past and not paying any attention to him, "Hey, hey, Ap-hey, April."
"April, what's wrong? You look shaken up." Ryliee notices.
"You guys gotta check this out." April opens up her laptop and hits a button. She then wraps her arms around her sister giving her a hug. The brothers surround them as a video plays.
"Renowned neurochemist Dr. Tyler Rockwell has been reported missing. I spoke with Rockwell's colleague, Dr. Victor Falco."
"I hadn't heard from him in days, so I stopped by his lab. The place was a mess and he was gone. I fear the worst."
"Police say they have-"
April closes her laptop.
"So?" Raph looks unconvinced.
"So the Kraang have been kidnapping scientists all over the city. Including our Dad! Maybe that's what happened to this Rockwell guy."
"Or they may not be connected at all." Leo points out.
"There's only one way to find out." April grabs Ryliee's hand, "Ryles, is there anything we need to be aware of?"
"Well, I for one don't trust that Dr. Falco. He seems rather suspicious and-" Ryliee's eyes widen a little, "Wait, we?"
"Yes, we! You and I will go to Rockwell's lab and look around!" April smiles.
"That would be great, Rilly, but I have very important training in a little bit." Ryliee told her before thinking to herself and smirking, "Donnie? You're a science guy, right?"
"I-I would say so, yeah."
"Great. With April's knowledge and your science expertise, you two will be perfect for this."
"Are you sure?" April asks, getting a nod from her sister, "Okay, then! Let's go, Donnie!" she walks off.
"Y-Yeah, let's g-go." Donnie looks back at Ryliee with confusion before following after his crush.
Ryliee smirks once they're gone, "Now that they're out, someone help me get rid of this chart." she flips it over.
Leo scoffs, "Wait, was that idea you had on his chart?"
"Was it?"
