Wait, what? Quirkless? As in, the same as Mikael? But Izuku-kun does have a Quirk. How is that even possible?

You didn't understand what was going on, but then again, Izuku and Katsuki had known each other since they were young, and you doubted Katsuki would make something like that up just for the hell of it. Was it possible that Izuku had hidden his Quirk all those years? But that really didn't sound like something he would do, and given how strong his powers were, you doubted it would even be that easy to hide.

While you floundered making sense of what you'd just heard, Katsuki continued.

"Back at the beginning, you kept on spewing nothing but incomprehensible garbage, and ever since then, you've been wearing this self-assured expression, while growing more and more. Constantly. The whole damn time. It's been like this ever since that one time with the sludge villain. Actually, no-ever since All Might first came to town. In the end, you even got your provisional license, while I failed!" he gritted out. "What the fuck is up with that?"

"I earned that by demonstrating my skills and-"

"Just shut the hell up and listen, for fuck's sake!"

"S-Sorry!"

Katsuki finally turned around, now facing Izuku. "This whole damn time... it all pissed me off like crazy. It disgusted me! But having been there during the incident at Kamino, I was finally able to put the pieces together. And I think I've figured it out."

His crimson eyes went cold, and Izuku clenched his jaw, as if preparing himself.

"You got that power from All Might, didn't you?"

Huh... what?

"I was there, you know," Katsuki scowled. "I saw it with my own eyes. The boss of all those shitty villains... from what I could tell, he could snatch up people's Quirks and give them to others. He was using countless of them himself while fighting against All Might. One of the Pussycats was even forced to retire because her Quirk just up and disappeared, not to mention the fact that those Nomus had multiple Quirks as well. It isn't something I could've ever imagined before, but after taking all that into consideration, my theory made more and more sense. After we fought here for the first time, you told me that your Quirk had been entrusted to you by someone else. That's why after you met All Might, you started to change. You got stronger... and All Might lost his powers and grew weaker."

Your head was spinning. This was more than just speculative. Katsuki was right. When you considered all the different points, it did make sense. Especially since you'd always felt that Izuku and All Might were particularly close.

"All Might wouldn't give me a straight answer when I tried asking him about it, so that's why I decided to take it up with you," Katsuki said. "You get me?"

Izuku still wasn't saying anything. He kept on clenching his fists, which had now begun to tremble. Even his face was contorted, cold sweat clinging to his forehead. He looked guilty. As if he'd committed a grave mistake.

Katsuki narrowed his eyes. "You ain't denying it... which must mean I'm right. You fucking bastard."

"Even if you hear the truth... how is that going to help you?" Izuku finally worked up the nerve to respond.

"Both us always looked to up All Might," Katsuki said. He sounded much calmer now, for some reason. "We wanted to be just like him. Isn't that right? The guy who I thought was nothing more than a pebble on the side of the road... before I even knew it, he was acknowledged by the person I looked up to more than anyone else. And that's why..."
