"Wow, it's been a while since we hung out." Yeonjun says as he puts an arm over Beomgyu's shoulder.
"We're literally in the same major and see each other everyday." Beomgyu says sarcastically.
"So, what's happening. Like, Soobin suddenly called me out."
"We're going to meet him at the parlour."
Yeonjun turns to look at the latter with his eyes wide. "You've never been there."
Beomgyu nods."Exactly, because of my cowardice ass. Now, I have a heart to win and a bombass story to write. Let's go."
Beomgyu wanted to invite the whole squad, including Hyunjin and Minho, but Hyunjin's taking Jeongin out for a date and Minho is... well he's got stuff to do and they have no idea what.
Poppin' Star is a parlour near JinHit academy, it's always crowded with students but it's really well known for their ice cream and coffee. It kind of shocked Beomgyu in the beginning to know Taehyun works there, considering he's already making a lot of money just by being a freelance model, but guess he just needed to put himself into more work. It's kind of admirable.
Beomgyu has always wanted to go to the parlour, his friends has been talking about how good the selection of ice creams and coffee are there. But, because Beomgyu has been focusing more on assignments, he's only asked his friends to buy the coffee for him a few times and has never been to the parlour. And when he realized that he might be crushing on Taehyun, he just knew that going to the parlour would be too much for him.
Welp, that's all going to change. He's going to abandon his cowardice ass and march right in to face his crush, buy an ice cream, slip in the note into the Tip Box and wait.
Yeonjun and Beomgyu approach the parlour and they just stand right in front of it, admiring the sign board and not even going in yet. Beomgyu can feel his hands tremble and palms turning clammy.
"Oh shit, is it normal to be this nervous?? I've never felt like this when going on dates before." Beomgyu says.
"That's because your relationships were never serious. C'mon, let's dive in." Yeonjun says and grabs Beomgyu's wrist and pulls him into the parlour.
