"Harps, we're so so sorry" Lorelei said wiping her tears away as Amerie did the same

"So i guess you punching me, and tryna punch Lo, feels pretty justified rigth now. And everything else" Amerie nodded
"I wasn't trying to punch you guys. I really wasn't. Well, i did mean to punch you in the face, but everything else.. I dont know. "It makes total sense" Amerie smiled
"Perfect sense" Lorelei added as the three laughed a little
"Ok. The cops know about your dad, but what about the eshays?" Amerie asked as Harper shook her head
"They should know."
"What are they gonna do? I was drunk. I drank too much, made dumb choices, that's why i was in that car. That's what they'll say"
"Harps, this isn't your fault" Lorelei shook her head
"It doesn't matter. Those guys, they'd come after me. Punish Ca$h. He's the only reason i made it out of that car" Harper said as it got quiet for a second, "Why didnt you let me in, Am?" she asked looking at her
"I took Lor's advice" Amerie said as the two looked at her confused before Lorelei's eyes widened, "No way!" she laughed

"Yeah. She said it was a good stress reliver!" Amerie defended as the three girls laughed
"And it does" Lorelei and Amerie said at the same time, "Why didnt you go to Lors?" Amerie added as Lorelei looked at Harper
"Not for me to say" Harper said as Amerie turned to Lorelei, "Uh, my dad wasn't living with us for a little, he came back the day before the festival and found mum's divorce papers she was gonna give him, he went absolutely crazy. He was throwing shit at us, hitting mum and then he left. Harper found out cause she was on her way to stay the night, i didnt tell anyone and i made her promise not to"
"That's why you had the bandage on your thigh" Amerie said in realization, "And the bruise on your arm" she added frowning as Lorelei nodded
"But it's turned into a scar that lowkey looks like a heart" she smiled lifting up her skirt to show the scar that looked like a mini heart
"Always carrying his love with me" she added as the three laughed, Harper looked over noticing Amerie's mom coming over
The three stood up and walked over to her, "I just got off the phone with the hospital. Your dad's awake. He's asking for you" Amerie's mom said as Amerie grabbed Harper and Lorelei's hand
"Come on. Let's go home"
"Yeah, im not ready to see him" Harper admitted as the two girls offered her a smile
Lorelei was dressed in black bralette with a mesh cropped top over, black shorts and black wedges, she sat with Amerie, Amerie's mom and Harper in a room with an officer
"And you say you knew some of the men in the car. Just from that day, or had you met them before?" the officer asked glancing at Harper and back to her paper
"I got to school with one of them, the others i know from just around"
"Do you know their names?"
"What's the likelihood they go to jail if i do name them?"
"So, Harper, what we'll be looking for in out investigation is relevant evidence that will support your allegation. The challenge we face is they would likely say that they were just giving you a life home, you ran away scared-"
"What the fuck?" Lorelei scoffed, "They were clearly gonna assault her!" Amerie added
"What I'm saying is, without other evidence apart from your statement, out task if more difficult. I just want to manage your expectations"
"Yeah. Think im done" Harper said getting up and grabbing her bag, "No, Harps, come on" Amerie sighed
"No, i told you nothing would happen" Harper said as Amerie and Lorelei grabbed their bags following her out
The three girls walked hand-in-hand as they made their way to school, Dusty and Spider looked at the three as they walked into the gates
"Did you know they made the accusation against Jojo?" Amerie spoke up
"I had a hunch" Harper shrugged
"Then why did you say it was you?"
"Because you had everything to lose, and i had nothing"
"Fuck 'em" Lorelei said as they stopped infront the gates, "You probably will" Harper laughed as she noticed Spider staring at her
"Ah, piss off" Lorelei scoffed before smiling, "Im gonna say hi" she added
"Hi Quinni, Darren" Lorelei smiled hugging the two once she passed them, "Malakai! Im glad you're back" she smiled wrapping her arms around his neck, his hands going around her waist
"Im really glad to be back" he smiled as she kissed his cheek, "You better go say hi to Spider before he gets jealous" he added as Lorelei looked up to see Spider glaring at Malakai
"I am, im sure he's okay with his boyfriends" Lorelei laughed, "Ill see you guys in SLTs" she smiled before turning and walking over to Spider
"Hi, Spence!" the girl smiled hugging him, "Hi, Leia" he smiled picking her up, she laughed putting her legs around his waist
"May i ask what the fuck you're wearing?" Dusty asked coming over to the two as Spider put her down, his hands staying around her waist
"You guys dont like it?" she frowned, "Leia, it's gorgeous. But more so a party outfit then a school outfit" Spider said kissing the top of her head
"But i look good, so who cares" she smiled as they began to walk to SLTs
"But your whole stomach is out, and your butt's almost out"
"Why you looking at her ass, Dusty?" Ant asked putting his arm around Lorelei's shoulders
"Plus i wear crop tops all the time, my stomachs out, and i wear shorts too" Lorelei said glancing at him
"You're like my little sister, just dont want any pervs looking at you weird" Dusty said pulling her hair as she yelled slapping him
"Oh, please. I got you three following me, everyone's gonna be staring at me" Lorelei laughed
"Id stare too if i seen such a short person with 3 tall people" Ant nodded as Lorelei rolled her eyes
