"How?!"

Kenji quickly runs up and hugs Ben tight. Me and Brooklynn quickly follow. Stareing in disbelief, mouth agap, I have no idea what to say or do.
Our happy reunion is Interrupted by Hap groaning. My compys go back to chirping at him and I hush them.

"Where did you get those?" Ben points down at my compys

"They're my babies" I scoop one up in my arms "what happened too you? Are you ok?" I look him in the eyes

"Fell off the monorail, got savaged by pteranodons, found Bumpy, survived in the jungle, defeated Toro, and then I overheard that fancy couple conspiring with this guy, Hap. So I figured you guys might need my help." Ben quickly sums up

"Oh, hey, I still have your dork pouch. What?" Kenji points down in confusion

"Oh, yeah. I snatched it off of you earlier. But thanks for keeping it safe. Could have used this while fighting ol' Toro, eh, Bumps?" Ben fist bumps Bumpy's tail

"Ben, focus. The couple, what exactly did they say?" Brooklynn gets us back on topic

"Not too much, but they're definitely up to something. Hap, too. I say we feed him to the Mosasaurus or the T. rex." Ben cheer

"Or you could listen to me." Hap sits up

"You're awake?" Brooklynn asks

"Of course I'm awake. You think I'm gonna be taken out by a bunch of kids?" Hap scoffs

"Challenge accepted." Ben poins a stone tiped spear at him

"Where did you get that?" I question in amazement

'Put that down, boy, before you get yourself hurt." Hap rolls his eyes

"Someone's getting hurt, old man, but it ain't me." Ben get closer

"Get him, Ben!" Kenji cheer

"With pleasure." Ben laughs

"Please don't" I shout

"Everybody, chill! Lower the weapon, Ben." Brooklynn steps between them

"You're protecting this guy? Whose side are you on?" Ben complains

"We're on the 'not stabing a human being' side, Ben." Brooklynn shouts

"We don't have time for this! You kids have to trust me. I'm trying to save your lives." Hap begs

"No" I say blatantly. Bumpy hits Hap again knocking him black out.
My compys jump on him biting him "stop, bad dinos" I pick them back up into my bag "only eat people I say so"

After a few minutes he begins to wake up. by then Brooklynn has tied him up using vines from a near by tree

"Okay, start talking. Why were you-" Brooklynn gets Interrupted

"Are these Windsor knots? Where'd you learn how to tie people up?" Hap comments

"Hey! We're asking the questions." Brooklynn snaps

"murder summer camp" I joke under my breath

"Yeah! Dude here has a dinosaur and he's not afraid to use her." Kenji points to Ben. Hap rolls his eyes

"I got this." Ben gets close
music intensifies >:O

"Think you're tough? You don't know the meaning of tough." Ben lifts up his arm showings it off "See that? Leech bite."
