As the haldi ceremony preparations were in full swing, I found myself in a dilemma - which earrings to wear? I called out to Kia, seeking her expertise. "Kia, come to my room quickly, I need your help!" I exclaimed.

A few minutes later, Kia arrived, and I presented her with my earring conundrum. She scrutinized the options and suggested, "This one is lovely, but the other one is quite heavy. You should wear this one." I agreed, and she helped me put on the chosen earrings.

As we chatted, I became emotional, thinking about how much Kia meant to me. "If you weren't around, I don't know what would have happened to me," I said, my voice trembling. "How would I have managed in my in-laws' house without you?" Kia reassured me, "Don't worry, darling. Whenever you need me, just call. I'll always be there for you."

I hugged her tightly, feeling grateful for our friendship. We had grown up together, and she had always been there to support me. I didn't have many friends, but Kia was all I needed.

Just then, there was a knock at the door. "Come in," I said. My sister-in-law, Nandini, entered, exclaiming, "Oh my god, bhabhi! You look stunning!" We had quickly bonded over the past few days, and I appreciated her kind words.

After the haldi ceremony, we all gathered downstairs. Rudra was seated on the other side of a curtain, following the Indian tradition of not seeing each other before the wedding. One by one, everyone came to apply haldi to my face and offer their blessings. Rian, being the mischievous boy he was, applied haldi all over my face, leaving me looking like a yellow ghost.

After the function, I retired to my room to take a bath. Later that evening, Nandini suggested we explore the palace and its surroundings. Our group consisted of me, Kia, my sisters, my brothers, Nandini, bhabhi (Rudra's cousin's wife), Revansh, Rudra, and Rian. We split into two groups - the girls together and the boys together. Rian wanted to join me, but Revansh refused.

What's his problem?

As we wandered through the palace, I was struck by its beauty. The intricate architecture, the lush gardens, and the serene atmosphere all combined to create a truly breathtaking experience. I had never seen a place like this before, and I felt grateful to have had the opportunity to explore it.
