The Medium (One Piece Fanfiction)

The team was being chased by Smoothie while waiting for Sanji to take Luffy back. Actually, the guards are kinda weak, the medium just basically one-shot them.
"She keeps a distance between our ship, I cannot hit her.

"But you did a great job. At least most of the enemies are gone, only the sweet commander and some of her subordinates." Jinbe said.

"Maera-san, please let me fight for all of you. I can turn into Sulong to help you guys if it is full moon night."- Pedro

"Wait, will my outfit be damaged if you turn into Sulong?"

"That's a good question, but I will try my best to dodge their attack."- Pedro

"You can just buy new clothes though."- Roger

"No, I like this shirt."

"Then I guess it's fine." I let Pedro possess my body, and all the members were crying with happy tears when they saw Pedro, "Pedro! I missed you so much!"

"I think we just met a few minutes ago."

"It's different! You sacrifice yourself! If Maera is not here, maybe we won't be seeing you ever again!" they express their feeling with agitate.

"Okay I apologize for my action but that's the only way I can think. Now let's focus on the enemies. Carrot! Follow me!"

"Yes!"

Both Pedro and Carrot climb up, or should I say jump up? To the crow's nest.

"Today is a full moon, we can turn into Sulong to defeat the enemies. Carrot, are you ready for this?"

"Yes! I'm ready!"

Both the minks stare at the full moon, slowly their bodies change, and the hair of their bodies also changes to white colour and becomes longer. They approach the enemies' ships with lightning speed and destroy them while attacking the enemies at the same time. After some time, Brook took both of them back to the ship as the team realized they slowly losing consciousness.

"Why do I feel exhausted even though I'm not the one doing the work?" I said while lying on the deck. Carrot was resting in the bedroom after she came back.

"Sorry Maera, maybe the Sulong transformation consumes too much energy."- Pedro

"But I'm impressed that you didnt pass out after the transformation."- Roger

I breathed out a long breath and said, "Thanks I guess. Oh shit... Big Mom is here!" I noticed the Yonko was coming near the ship but it was too late now. She destroyed some parts of the ship. Although Jinbe blocked her attack, he was sent flying into the sea by Big Mom.

"Stop it, Big Mom!" Nami yelled.

Carrot is still inside the room. She will get hurt if Big Mom keep damaging the ship. I stand up weakly, ready to launch the Haki blast on her.

"Mae, your body is still weak!"- Newgate

"But Carrot will get hurt if I don't stop her!" Luckily I can still block her attack. At this moment, an ocean current was sent to Big Mom from the sea, Brook cut the cloud under her and Nami launched a lightning attack on her too. We used this time to escape from Big Mom.

"Their collaboration is good."- Olvia

After Big Mom recovered from the attack, she rode the sun and chased us again, but this time she was attracted, by the cake.

"Sanji is here!"

The Straw Hat's cook returns to the team, and we temporarily escape from Big Mom but her daughters are still chasing us. After some explanation, the cook decided to go to Cacao Island with Pudding to take Luffy back. So both of them leave the ship with the magic flying carpet.

Timeskip

"It is almost 1 am. Do you think Luffy-kun can win?"- Roger

"Don't underestimate Luffy, Dad. I believe Luffy definitely will win!"- Ace

"They have to hurry. There are more and more people coming after us."- Bellemere

"..." The medium girl stared at Cacao Island, hoping to see a blond-haired boy coming back with his straw hat captain.

"I saw them! Is Sanji and Luffy!" Carrot said from the crow's nest.

"See! Luffy wins!"- Ace

"Maera-san, could you let me meet Sanji?"- Sora

"Sure."

"Luffy! Sanji! You guys are back!" the team said happily.

"Sanji! Are you fine? You're hurt! You have to treat your injury first!"

"M-mom? No is fine. Chopper, treat Luffy first. Mine is just a small wound." Sanji said, but his eyes kept staring at the very familiar woman who standing in front of him.

"Our distance becomes shorter again! We haven't escaped successfully!" Brook said. Then Germa 66 came and gave the support to help us fight the Charlotte. Before we leave, Judge asks Luffy why he wants to risk his life just to save a failure like him. But seems like Luffy has misunderstood the meaning and asks why started to list all the good things about the cook.

"Does this man really his biological father? I won't say bad things about my child."- Roger

*nodded the head - Bellemere, Rosinante, Oden, Newgate, Rouge, Toki, Hiriluk, Olvia

Sanji's face looks angry when hearing his father saying all this bullshit comment, Sora covered his ears with her palms and smile gently at him.

"Sanji, don't listen to him. All of us here know you are always the kindest person. And thanks everyone, for saving Sanji."

Sora gives her thanks to all the members of Straw Hat and bows to them.

"Is okay ma'am. After all, we cannot leave anyone behind, Sanji is just like a family to me! Shishishi." Luffy said with a big grin.

"Sanji, take care of yourself. And don't do something like this again to make your friends worry about you."

"Okay, mom. I promise I won't do this again."

After hearing his promise and giving one last hug to him, she returned the body to Maera.

"We are almost getting out of the territory of Big Mom, but some of them are still chasing us." One of the sons used the devil fruit power to make the sea's temperature higher. Jinbe decided to help us and also the Sun Pirates to get out of this place, so Luffy gave his command, "Jinbe! Make sure you stay alive! I will wait for you in Wano Country!"

"Of course, captain!"

Then Jinbe left the ship, and we also escaped the Big Mom territory successfully.
