"Table for two, please."
"Alright! This way!" The waitress smiled, leading both of us to a booth in the back corner or the restaurant.
"Thank you!" I told her, as both Kyle and I sat down.
We sat in silence for a while, before I started to speak up.
"So-"
"You're my Boo, aren't you?"
My eyes went wide in shock. How did he know?
"Wha-"
"Marshwalker, that's you, isn't it?" He questioned.
"How did you know?! It was Clyde wasn't it?"
Kyle's eyes went wide for a moment, but he regained his composure.
"No."
"...Well, what are you gonna do with this information?"
He looked at me, "Stan, I'm gonna be transparent here. I don't know how I feel about you. I imagined you as just a friend, but when I found out about the dating app, I got confused. All I'm asking is for you to let me think this through... and possibly for you to help with that."
I was confused, "What do you mean help-"
Kyle looked straight into my eyes, "Stan, don't ask questions, just promise me, okay?
I sighed, "Fine. But please don't tell anyone my feelings?"
Kyle smiled at me, "I won't."

The rest of the time was just spent eating with little conversation. I guess it had gotten awkward now that my feelings were revealed.
But, during the silence I thought quite a bit.
I thought about many things, but one thought seemed to linger in my brain.
No matter how much I tried to push it out, how hard I tried to forget, it just wouldn't leave.
How the fuck did Kyle get my account?
â€"flash-forwardâ€"
"What the hell, Kyle?" I asked him, with anger lining my voice.
He was holding up a bouquet while wearing a suit. He was at my doorstep...
"You backstabber! You think this is some game? What more excuses can you make?!"
Kyle looked taken aback, his eyes wide and arm out, "Stan! I swear it isn't what it looks like! I love you, so much more than I've ever loved anyone else!"
I tensed up, "Tell that to Clyde."
I slammed the door shut.
â€"presentâ€"
Jesus Christ these kids were loud. I was in the cafeteria once more.
It seemed like the 'regrouping place.' Nothing really happened in here, and it was pretty chill most of the time- if you could ignore the hundreds of children screeching.
I sighed and looked down at my tray. Sandwich, some milk, and a bunch of carrots. I hated carrots.
Just then, Kenny appeared behind me.
"Hey dude." He greeted.
"Hey Ken."
"So how's the dating app? Don't worry, I'm not talking to Clyde about it anymore, I'm just curious."
Relieved, I opened up the app, "Kenny, Kyle knows who I am."
He looked extremely surprised, "What?! How'd he figure out?"
