Metaphors and Sarcasm: Todoroki Shoto × Reader part 1

Start from the beginning

"Hey, that's not a bad plan that rock is big, plus you guys might even slow it down a bit," Kirishima said.

"I hope it works; if not, we are in big trouble!" Decku said as you gave your stick to Decku.

"Give this to the marshal arts guy it's very durable, and it should help him deflect rocks," you said as he nodded.

"We are seriously doing your plan?' Shoto asked as you shrugged.

"Have any better ideas icey hot?" You asked.

"Don't call me that again, I have a name," he said.

"Sorry, I just moved here!" You said you three quickly went to face against the massive piece of earth.

You three started quickly blasting it with heat until it turned bright red, and then you and Shoto started cooling it down, quickly making it break apart

You and the others you have asked to help you quickly started breaking the rocks, making them smaller. Once the threat was over, you smiled in relief.

"Good job, guys! I can't believe I get to be in your class," You smiled as you hugged the invisible girl first seeing her gloves.

"You are annoying," Shoto said as

"I'm sorry, do you want a hug too?" You asked as you tried to hug him, but he pushed you away rather quickly.

"I don't like hugs," he said.

"Come on, please, just one! You said as he looked at you oddly.

"Did you get in the head or something?" He asked.

"No, I just like hugs. I hug like a boa constrictor, though, so it's probably best not to get a hug from me," you said.

"So you also have a snake quirk?" He asked as you looked at him oddly.

"No, it's a metaphor," you explained as he looked at you, not convinced.

You all headed back to the school, and you were talking to everyone mostly about them and yourself because you had nothing to share. You liked a lot of things mostly because your parents didn't like you and ignored you. They never taught you anything about your quirk, and you had to figure out everything yourself. They left you places hoping you would never come back, but you always showed back up. Your mother was bipolar and your father purposefully took her medicine away from her, and she would lose it. He would say she had already taken her medicine, but she knew she didn't. Your father was a bully and hated everything you did, so you submerged yourself in random things. Cooking, training, dancing, singing, knitting, reading, whatever you found interesting, you started doing it. Your father only agreed for you to do these things so you would shut up and leave him alone.

As long as you were quiet and out of sight, they didn't care what you did. But now your father was meaner than normal because he needed you for something. You had to send your location every time you went somewhere, even though you had a tracker on your phone. You had to send a picture every two hours, and at night, you had to tell him what you did and what you were going to do that night.  You also needed to send a final picture to him at night. You weren't allowed to have a boyfriend, and you had to come visit every weekend. If you didn't, you were going to be pulled from the school and forced to homeschool, and you didn't want that. It scared you, especially because your father beat the heck out of you for asking if you could have male friends at your new school. You couldn't imagine what he would do to you if you were there full-time, so you stuck to their rules even if you didn't agree with them.

Some of the girls helped you organize your room, and apparently, your room was a mix of Kirishima's and Todoroki's room, which was pretty weird since they thought you were super girly. You grabbed some ingredients so you could make some dinner for yourself and class 1a. You didn't know if they were going to eat what you made, but the girls wanted to try what you were cooking.
