"Where the hell are we?" I nervously asked, scratching the back of my neck.
There were dirt bikes racing in the distance with ATVs following behind.
"I thought you needed a distraction," Oli grabbed my hand and started to pull me somewhere.
I furrowed my brows but was too confused to ask for more information.
As we got closer to the cabin, we could see a whole crowd of people. It looked like there was a party going on or something.
"Livy is here!!" I heard some girls yell.
"Be cool, okay?" Oli whispered into my ear like a threat.
"Uuhh, who's this cutie?" One of Olivia's friends looked me up and down.
"Family friend," Oli surprisingly answered.
I was expecting her to say that I was her little sister's partner or maybe even that I was her little sibling... but that wasn't the case...
"And this poor little soul has been having a hard day. So, I'm hoping to get them a beer and a bit of distraction from their woes!" Oli suddenly rubbed on my arm.
"Ahh, Miss Marsh wants a beer, huh?" Some guy suddenly walked up from behind us.
"Not me. This cutie!" Oliva giggled.
I had seen this guy before. At the bar. He was heavily flirting with Olivia last time. But it didn't seem like she was interested.
"Boys, get me a beer for Olivia and her little friend!" The dude suddenly yelled.
"Got you, boss!" Some dude in a country hat yelled from the cabin.
"Y/n this is Felix. Felix this is Y/n," Olivia introduced us.

"Really?" I thought to myself as I looked at the dude up and down.
He didn't seem like the type I thought Olivia would go for.
"Felix is a part of the Australian-Korean club at school. He's Uni friend," Olivia explained.
The whole time, all I could see was how pissed the dude looked because Olivia was touching my arm.
"Beer?" Some kid ran up to us with two cool beers.
I looked at the beer in his hand and unconsciously said, "Got anything stronger?"
Olivia started to laugh and grabbed my hand to pull me into the cabin.
"Livy!" We heard Felix yell from behind.
"I know where the tequila and vodka are. Thanks!" She yelled back.
- Olivia POV -
About 30 minutes into our drive back home, my friends started texting me about Felix's country party outside of the city.
I contemplated for a bit.
I really didn't like the fact that Felix wouldn't give up on trying to take me out...
But I figured Y/n needed a distraction.
The only thing Y/n seemed to ever do outside of work, and being with Danielle, was drinking.
I figured a beer, some ATVs, and some college kid stupidity would be a great distraction for the moment.
"Hey, Leo!" I noticed Leo trying to snatch the last bottle of Tequila.
"Oh, Olivia! You came!" He tried to distract me.
"Give it," I signal him to hand it over.
"Ugh," he groaned as he handed it over.
"Wow, you must be really popular for everyone here to know you!" Y/n yelled over the loud music.
"Ha, Not really," I laughed.
"Really? Cus you got guys just giving you drinks!" Y/n didn't pick up on my sarcasm.
"I mean, that's major hot girl energy!" I suddenly froze.
Y/n's comment made me feel weird. Y/n wasn't usually nice to me. Well, not what most people thought was nice.
I ignored whatever it was and opened the tequila bottle to start letting go of some of the stress. Three shots of Tequila later, and...
Y/n and I were lined up dancing on the dance floor.
"WORKING 9 TO 5! WHAT A WAY TO MAKE A LIVING!!"
Y/n was screaming the lyrics of the song playing. I couldn't help but laugh at how out of character they seemed.
"I could've never imagined this!" I couldn't stop laughing.
"How do you even know how to dance to this?!" I was cracking up.
"I lived with a super country family for like two weeks!" Y/n yelled over the music.
"Two weeks was all it took!?" I was really amused.
"It was either the yeehaw or the streets. I chose the one with food included!" Y/n responded with the most butchered American accent I had ever heard.
"Oh my god, you're such a loosseerr!!" I teased, playfully pushing.
I hadn't realized I had practically thrown myself at Y/n while trying to be playful. I was practically stumbling at this point.
Y/n's hand was wrapped around my waist and I was mindlessly wiping my sweaty hands on their chest.
"Dani is stupid letting you leave with me," I nervously played with the hem of Y/n's short sleeve.
"Well, she seemed busy," Y/n and I suddenly locked eyes.
"Just so you know, not trying to defend her or anything...," I wrapped my arms around Y/n's neck.
"She's too kind for her own good. She can't help herself when she sees someone so helpless," I tried to explain.
"Thanks for telling me she found my replacement in the nicest way you could," Y/n bitterly chuckled.
*BRR, BRRR*
Y/n and I were so close that I could feel their phone vibrating.
"Excuse me," Y/n politely let me go to pick up the phone.
"It's mom," Y/n took a deep breath.
"I got it," I snatched Y/n's phone to take the call outside.
