Scared To Be Lonely (Jax x Reader)

3rd POV

Another day, another morning, and another adventure that is in store for The Amazing Digital Circus! Everyone finally emerged from their rooms, and to begin the day with somewhat cheerful exchange of morning pleasantries.

As everyone made it to the main room to start off the day by performing the theme song of the circus.

"Do you guys do this everyday?" Pomni questioned.

"Oh yeah, it's one of our routines to you know..." Ragatha lowly chuckled.

"So we don't go insane!" Jax added, with his usual toothy smile.

"O-oh okay? So what do you think Caine will make us do this time?" Pomni wondered, fidgeting her fingers.

"Who knows? It could be anything, or we could probably stay in and find entertainment ourselves." Zooble answered boredly.

After random chatters from the group, they all made their way to the breakfast table to start off the day.

Everyone then began to eat, not like they have to or anything, but having the routine keeps them in shape.

Suddenly a random sound was heard by everyone, and they all saw a new character appeared right in front of the table.

"Caine, what is this?" Jax questioned, pointing his fork at the newly emerged character.

"Why is this place so colorful?" The character questioned with a high and soft tone. She then looked around and noticed the odd looking characters who had their attention on her.

"Oh! Is it from an insect collection?!" Kinger asked, looking a bit deranged. 

"What is this place? And who are you?" She added.

"Oh! Another human has entered the circus!" Caine excitedly announce.

"Uh yeah, no *boink*, Sherlock." Jax said sarcastically.

"What the *boink*" The newbie said puzzled. "What is this *boink* *boink*" 

"Why can't I *boink* cuss?! And someone answer where the *boink* am I!?"

"Okay! that's enough of that! We can't have any of that foul language here!" Caine informed.

"Whoa, check out this chuckle nut." Jax pointed his thumb at the character. "Maybe if she keeps that up we'll find out if there's a mute button in this place." He added.

"Jax, be nice!" Pomni said sternly.

Jax rolled his eyes at her. "Hey uh, I can't tell if she's saying the same thing, try going through your list of slurs and see if which one works. Pretty sure a squeaker like you would have one." He chuckled.

The character examined the others right in front of her, and gave them a weird questionable look.

"Who are you suppose to be? The easter bunny?" The character motioned to Jax.

The remark made everyone else laugh, hereby earning a death glare from Jax. His usual toothy grinned turned to an angry frown.

"Woah woah woah, chill out Princess Pinocchio, I'm sure we can find Ken, around here somewhere." Jax grinned.

"What about her? Raggedy Anne?" Pointing to Ragatha.

"Technically, yes I'm designed off her, but I'm Ragatha."

"As for the others? A useless chess piece, a mix-and-match toy, a jester, and a theater mask... What odd designs." The character commented.

"We have names, y'know." Zooble informed, resting a hand on their hip.
