Zafeer was worried when he heard Alisha crying in pain. He quickly woke up and saw her sitting up in bed, tears streaming down her face.

"What's wrong, Alisha?" Zafeer asked, his voice full of concern.

"A headache, it's so bad," Alisha managed to say between sobs. "My head is burning up."

Zafeer felt his heart clench in fear. He couldn't bear to see Alisha in such pain. "You need to lie down and rest," he said, trying to sound comforting.

But Alisha shook her head, the pain making her movements slow and painful. "I can't, Zafeer. It hurts too much," she said, her voice strained.

Zafeer knew he had to get her to a doctor before the headache worsened. "I'm taking you to the doctor, Alisha. This headache could be serious," he said, his voice determined.

Alisha nodded weakly, trusting Zafeer to take care of her. "Thank you, Zafeer. I can't take this pain anymore."

Zafeer helped Alisha get ready and drove her to the nearest clinic. He held her hand tightly as they waited for the doctor, silently praying for Alisha's pain to ease.

When the doctor came in with Alisha's results, he sat down and took a deep breath. Zafeer and Alisha's hearts started to beat faster and faster, eager to know what the results contained.

"Doctor, please tell us. What's going on?" Zafeer asked anxiously.

The doctor sighed and began to explain, "Alisha is suffering from a mental disorder due to the panic attacks she's been experiencing. We can classify it as seizures."

Alisha's eyes widened in shock. "Seizures? But I've never had a seizure before."

The doctor nodded sympathetically. "Yes, these are what we call non-epileptic seizures. They are a result of intense emotional distress and can mimic the symptoms of a true seizure, your wife needs to be taken to the mental asylum." He said, being professional.

As the doctor's words sunk in, Zafeer felt a surge of disbelief and anger welling up inside him. "Taking her to a mental asylum? No, that can't be the only option," he exclaimed, his voice tinged with desperation.

Alisha, tears streaming down her face, reached out to calm her husband. "Zafeer, please, let's hear the doctor out. Maybe there's another way to handle this," she pleaded, her voice trembling with emotion.

But Zafeer was not having any of it. Ignoring Alisha's pleas, he turned to the doctor with a steely gaze. "My wife is not crazy. She is stable, and she will not be going to any asylum," he declared, his tone unwavering.

The doctor, taken aback by Zafeer's outburst, tried to explain, "I understand your concerns, but Alisha's condition is serious. Without the proper care, she could pose a danger to herself and others."

Alisha, her heart breaking at the thought of being separated from Zafeer, whispered, "Zafeer, please, I need help. I don't want to hurt anyone."

Zafeer's resolve wavered for a moment as he looked into Alisha's eyes, filled with pain and fear. Taking a deep breath, he grabbed her hand firmly and said, "We will find another way, Alisha. I will not let them take you away from me."

With that, Zafeer led Alisha out of the doctor's office, his determination to find a solution stronger than ever.

As they walked outside the hospital, Alisha stopped and turned to Zafeer, her eyes filled with tears. "Zafeer, please listen to me," she said, her voice trembling with emotion. "You are putting your life in danger by letting me go. I'm a threat to your safety, believe me."

Zafeer looked at her, his expression full of concern. "Alisha, you're not a threat to me or anyone else. I can't imagine my life without you. Please, tell me what's troubling you so much that you feel you have to go."

Alisha took a deep breath, trying to calm herself before continuing. "I need to go to that place, Zafeer. It's important for me to be there, but I don't want to hurt you or anyone else in the process. Please understand."

Zafeer pulled her into a warm embrace, holding her tightly against his chest. "Alisha, I can't bear the thought of you being in danger. But I also can't bear the thought of you leaving. You are my breath, my everything. How can you expect me to let you go?"

Alisha buried her face in the crook of his neck, feeling his warmth and love enveloping her. "Zafeer, I promise I will come back to you. Just trust me, please. I need to do this. It's something I must confront on my own, but I will always carry you in my heart."

Zafeer kissed the top of her head, his heart heavy with worry but also filled with love for this brave, determined woman in his arms.

But Zafeer's demeanor suddenly changed. He shouted and released her from his embrace, looking furious and determined. "You aren't going anywhere, Alisha. That's final. I won't allow you to go to the mental asylum. I can't bear the thought of you in danger," he said as he held her hand and guided her towards the car.

Alisha looked at him with a mix of surprise and gratitude. "Zafeer, I appreciate your concern, but this is something I need to do. Please, try to understand."

Zafeer's eyes softened as he met her gaze. "Alisha, I can't bear the thought of losing you. Please, let me protect you. You don't have to face this alone. We can find another way, together."

Alisha felt a wave of love and warmth wash over her at Zafeer's words. "Zafeer, you are my rock, my support. I trust you more than anyone else in this world. Let's face this together, as a team."

They shared a moment of silent understanding, their bond stronger than ever as they drove away from the hospital, ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead as a united front.
