Jaehyun looked down at his father who sat behind his desk silently reading a file. He was waiting for half an hour before he was even called inside to meet his father. And for the past ten minutes he was not told as to why he was called.. The male turned to his uncle who sighed in defeat before nudging the father.

Mr. Jeong: Go to Jeju. 

Jaehyun stared at his father for a moment before looking at his uncle who took to shaking his head in disappointment.

Jaehyun: What?

Mr. Jeong: I was clear.

Jaehyun: Okay for what? Raiding a warehouse? Assassinations? What?

His dad just shot him an annoyed look and then turned back to his file. His uncle got up and led Jaehyun out of there, who was genuinely wondering if he wasn't even worth an explanation anymore. 

Jaehyun: So he called me here to waste my time? First America now Jeju? Next where?

Uncle Jeong: Jaehyun, calm down-

Jaehyun: I have better things to do than entertain this behaviour, uncle. He's my father too, not just Daeri's. 

The elder remained calm before taking in a deep breath and halting his steps, forcing Jaehyun to stop as well. 

Uncle Jeong: Why are you so busy anyway?

Jaehyun tensed and looked away from his uncle, trying to form the words in his head. But instead he saw some of the other's in the common room. They were acting nonchalant but he could tell that they were listening.

Uncle Jeong: You didn't listen to me when I told you to stop seeing the girl and now you're living with her?

His head snapped back his uncle, his nerves turning into a mess.

Jaehyun: What? Are you stalking me now?

Uncle Jeong: You know I'm not going to stoop that low, Jaehyun. But we are a powerful group and meddling with a girl who is from a rival group is disgusting. 

Jaehyun stood up straighter, eyes squinting. 

Jaehyun: Rival? I thought we made up. 

Uncle Jeong: Don't be ridiculous Jaehyun, you know your father. Does he ever call truce without seeing any benefit with them. 

It took him a moment but Jaehyun finally made the dreadful conclusion in his head.

Jaehyun: Wh... no... you... he wants to take them down?

Uncle Jeong: Lose interest in her. And only continue meeting her if you can benefit us. Maybe do this and your father won't kill you when he snaps. 

He took a few steps before turning back to him. 

Uncle Jeong: I'll send you the file for Jeju on your phone. You leave in one week so better sort out your... relationships...

He said that and walked away. Jaehyun took in a shaky breath before walking into the living room, already knowing what was coming.
