Ashlyn sticks his hand out for a handshake.

Ashlyn: "...Let's all just try our best, I guess?"

Aiden looks at the hand for a bit, then shakes it.
I smile a bit under my mask.

Tyler: (Whisper)"Wow, that was cringey."

I barely heard Tyler, but I did.
And especially Ashlyn, making her grow annoyed.

Behind the scenes, Taylor jabbed Tyler on the waist for being a party pooper.

Ashlyn: (Annoyed)"I can heard you guys."

Aiden: "?"

Carter: "This is fun and all, but can we go now? My head's throbbing more than phantom's exploding into goo."

Taylor: "I'm pretty sure I failed that midterm."

The gang are all currently sitting on the couch, feeling disappointed on their performance at the midterm, except Carter, he's unbothered.

Ashlyn: 'Yeah, me too... It was really hard for me to focus with Mr. Thomas staring at me the whole time."

Carter: "I don't really care about it. I have stock knowledge~"

Tyler: "Of course you do."

Aiden: "Oh yeah, my parents are coming back tomorrow."

Taylor: "Really?"

While Mike was delivering the laundry, he overheard Aiden say that.

Aiden: "Yeah, along with Ben's family. It'll be his little sister's birthday in a week, I think."

Ben: (Nods)

Then, Mike spoke up.

Mike: "Oh, they're coming back? They never told me."

Ashlyn looked at his dad, a bit confused.

Ashlyn: "You talk to them?"

Mike: "Yeah, a bit, to give them updates on how Aiden and Ben are doing. Along with... no, nevermind."

Carter: "?" 'That's suspicious.'

Carter wonders why Mike said that, but decides to shrug it off.

Mike puts the basket of laundry aside on the table.

Mike: "Hmm... Should we hve a BBQ?"

Ashlyn: "...What?"

Mike: "It'll be a rare chance for all of us parents to get together, y'know? We can have a big BBQ in the graveyard and also celebrate Ben's sister's birthday, if they don't already have plans."
