Stain: How do you know that?

Me: The Hero Commission buys, kidnaps or takes children from parents who owe them too much money. Then they train them. No food if they are bad. Of course, they have to have a poison tolerance and an electricity tolerance. If the quirk is too week it doesn't matter you can just put the kids in a near death expirence so they has an upgrade through shock. Pain should no longer be a problem they will hurt them until they are numb. Doesn't matter if they die.

Stain: is that true?

Me: Hawks just showed up suddenly he didn't train in a school for several years and became than a side kick for a short time. He was just there from one day to the next. He was also incredibly young.
