Warning: Blood. Not too graphic, but I thought a warning might be nice. :)

The Bad Batch thought losing Wrecker was the end to their experiences with inhibitor chips. Until Hunter's activates on Bracca. (Imperial Wrecker AU)
Tech's been fussing over Hunter since Rex talked to them about the inhibitor chips. Hunter's been having migraines non-stop since... Crosshair doesn't know when, actually. Probably since Wrecker picked him up and threw him very neatly across the hangar into a crate pile.
He still didn't expect Hunter to actually tackle Tech. He's staring with a moment of blank confusion and something shatters. He throws Tech to the ground where he lays, motionless, and Rex goes for his blaster.
Hunter ducks into a roll. Grabs his blaster and fires.
The kid's here, and Crosshair grabs her, yanking her to the foot of the bed and out of sight, heart pounding. Panicking.
He's panicking.
Tech – down.
Hunter – threat.
It's only him, Echo, and Rex.
Against Hunter.
His rifle is down. Crosshair doesn't have a weapon. He put them both down like Hunter told them to. Shouldn't've.
A blaster bolt whizzes over his head, and he ducks, jaw clenched tight enough it aches.
"He's gonna destroy the equipment if we keep him in here," Echo warns.
"Then we lead him out," Rex replies.
"Stay here," Crosshair orders the kid firmly.
He borrows Rex's blaster, tossing a reflector disk onto the floor nearby and shooting off it, sending Hunter scrambling for cover. Not thinkin' about that right now.
First Wrecker, now Hunter.
The three of them run for the exit.
Omega's panicking. He can see it, but they have to take Hunter down. Not time to worry about that.
There's no time to discuss planning. They split up, Rex going one direction to try stunning him, and Echo and Crosshair need to try to jump him. With Hunter, it's basically suicide, but there's not time to think.
He wishes there was.
Rex misses, and Hunter wheels around, firing back. Echo tries to jump him, but with Hunter's senses and all, he ducks into a roll. He throws a detonator at the wall, and Crosshair rocks back, covering his eyes with his arm to shield himself from the explosion.
Still sees the flash.
Ow.
Echo and Rex are down from the explosion. Hunter's going for his blaster again, preparing to fire.
No.
No – he's not going to lose another brother.
Wrecker's gone. He's already gone, and Crosshair isn't letting them go, too.
He knows it's stupid, but he tackles Hunter from behind. Throws him to the floor, and Hunter rolls over, throwing him off and going for his knife. He dropped his blaster, and that's a good thing.
Crosshair rolls over, standing, and then Hunter's knife is an inch away from his face. He raises his arms to block it, stumbling back and hitting his back on the wall.
