Sua Lee knew she was dying. She knew ever since she was admitted in the hospital.
Dying was painful. The pain meds took care of her physical pain, but not her emotional pain.
Right now, her son was alone in that apartment with that abusive piece of shit she should have never married. She was terrified of what that man would do to her son.
Sua Lee didn't want to die. She wanted to live. She wanted to take her son and run away from their abuser. She wanted to live a happy life with Donald. She wanted her son to live a normal childhood.
There were no miracles. Sua fought as hard and as long as she could, but she died.
