Peach Fuzz

First B-Day

"Ooo, what's that?" I asked curiously.

"You'll see later, Peach Fuzz." Dad pats my head. "Right now, you're gonna spend some time with Uncle Mac while I go do something. Do you promise to be good for your Uncle Mac?"

"I pwomise Baba." I said, giving him a little salute.

"Good, see you in a bit, love you." Dad summounded his cloud, zooming off to who knows where.

"Where's Baba going?" I asked Uncle Mac.

"You'll see, now, what do you wanna do?" Uncle Mac asked me.

"Hmm." My tail twitched as I thought of what to do. "I wanna play a game."

"And what kind of game do you want to play, little princess?" He asks.

I started to think again until I thought of the perfect game. "Hide and seek."

"If that is what the little princess desires." Uncle Mac sat me on the ground. "Who do you think should seek first?" He bent down to my face.

"You." I tapped his face with my little hand and ran off to find a hiding spot. "And don't use your powers to cheat! I don't know how to use my monkey powers yet!"

"Okay." Uncle Mac chuckles. "But you better hide in a good spot."

We had about three rounds of hide and seek so far.

The first round, I hid, and Uncle Mac seeked.

I ended up hiding in a bush, but I was quickly found because my tail was sticking out.

The second round, I was seeking, and Uncle Mac was hiding.

I found him hiding in a tree above me while I struggled to find him, which almost made me cry because I felt alone at the moment, but Uncle Mac saw that I was about to cry and quickly came out of his hiding spot to comfort me.

Talk about guilt tripping.

Hehe.

Now, I was hiding, and he was seeking.

My hiding spot this round between two rocks next to some trees.

I watched as Uncle Mac walked past my hiding spot and past some other trees, out of sight.

He didn't see me?

Where's he going?

I got out of my hiding spot and followed Uncle Mac quietly.

I kept following him until I lost sight of him.

"Where'd he go?" I go through some bushes, only to be met with the sight of dad and all my uncles.

We were in a small clearing, with some pretty lanterns here and there, and delicious smelling food.

"Happy first birthday!" They all shouted.

"Huh?" I looked confused.

Dad came over and picked me up. "It's your birthday, Peach Fuzz. You're officially a year old today."

"We thought it would be nice to set you up a party to celebrate." Uncle Mac said.

"A proper party for a proper princess." Uncle Azure bows.

"A day to be cherished it will be." Uncle Yellowtusk spoke, while Peng just nods.

Uncle DBK crosses his arms. "Surving a year is something that should be celebrated."

"And we got you an adorable outfit to wear for the occasion." Dsd sat me down, snapping his fingers.

Just like that, my clothes transformed into this pink hanfu with a golden peach pattern on it, and the rim of the sleeves were white and fluffy.

"Pretty." I gasped in awe.

"And I got you this." Uncle Mac kneeled in front of me, presenting me two monkey plushies.

One was black, and another was orange.

"I love them." I hug the plushies. "Thank you."

"Happy birthday, Peach Fuzz." Dad came up to me with a peach-shaped dessert. "Had this made just for you, my precious princess, and Peach Fuzz."

"Sweet." I gasped.

Suddenly, a breeze blows through, carry a piece of paper with it.

The paper lands in Dad's hand.

"Hmm, what's this?" Dad read the piece of paper, his eyebrows furrowing, and his once happy expression fell.

"Wukong, what is it?" Uncle Mac then read the paper. "What?! Why would the Jade Em--."

"It's fine, it's fine." Dad cut Uncle Mac off, regaining a happy expression. "We're here to celebrate my itty bitty princess birthday."

"Yay!" I cheered.

"What do you wanna do first?" Dad asked me.

"I want Uncle DBK to throw me." I pointed to Uncle DBK.

"What?!"

"Throw me!" I jumped into Uncle DBK's gigantic hand.

"With pleasure." Uncle DBK reals back the hand with me in it.

Everyone rushed to me, a horrified expression on all of their faces.

"No!"

"Whee!'
