I watched her on stage, beaming with pride as she sang her heart out, the crowd completely mesmerized. Seeing her have so much fun with her fans made me so incredibly happy.
"She's incredible, isn't she?" Gavi said, his eyes wide with admiration.
"She always has been," I smiled, my voice soft but full of pride.
"She's not bad, but yeah..." I overheard Camila mutter under her breath. The edge in her tone made me grit my teeth. Gosh, I can't wait to sort things out with her tomorrow, I thought, already dreading the inevitable.
Just then, Maria chimed in, her voice breaking the tension. "I'm gonna grab some water—anyone want some?"
"Yes, please," Gavi and Ferran replied almost in unison.
Maria gave a quick nod and headed off, leaving the rest of us in the thick of the crowd, where the mood had just shifted.
After the break, Maria suddenly said, "Guys, the break is over. She's coming back on stage." We all focused, our attention snapping to the stage.
Tina stepped back into the spotlight, looking stunning as always. I had to resist the urge to jump out of my seat. As she spoke into the mic, her voice filled with warmth, "Oh my God, I've seen all the gifts you left me! Thank you so much, really, but you didn't have to. We're all here to enjoy our time together." The way she connects with her fans is so genuine, and I couldn't help but adore her even more.
Then, with a playful smile, she asked, "Are there any Barcelona fans here tonight?" The crowd roared, "YES!"
"Good! Because I happen to have some very close fans who are huge Barcelona supporters." She teased, and for a second, I hoped the fans wouldn't spot us sitting in the back.
"What about Manchester City fans?" Tina added, and the crowd buzzed with excitement.
A fan shouted, "If it's Ruben, we're all fans!" Everyone burst out laughing, including Tina, though Maria's smile faded at the mention of Ruben. Typical jealous Maria.
