Secrets

*For those who don't want to read the spice, it starts a little after the (Third POV) mark*

I walked along the street, my eyes glued to my phone as I followed the address Mira gave me. I wanted to have some help catching up on some school work. I was talking to Jay about it when Mira overheard saying how she and Zack were having a study session at his place.

I walked up to the house, knocking on the door as I waited. I began to look around, it wasn't too bad of a home, nice and cozy. Mira then answered the door, smiling brightly as she hugged me, "Happy you could make it, come in!" She beamed as she pulled me inside, closing the door behind me.

I slipped off my shoes as Mira shouted, "Zack! (Y/N) is here!" I look over to find Zack walking around the corner dressed in casual clothes, his hair ruffled as if he didn't bother to brush it this morning.

"Finally. Took you long enough." Zack says with a roll of his eyes, before turning around and walking away.

I gave him a blank look, "I had to walk here ya know." Mira rolled her eyes before wrapping her arms around mine, dragging me away towards where Zack was going.

"Come on, he's just grumpy because he didn't want to do any schoolwork today." Mira says as she guided me into his room where Zack was sitting in a chair by his desk as notebooks and textbooks scattered the floor.

I'm pretty sure Zack isn't agitated about that, he's probably wishing it was only him and Mira. I sat down on the ground, sitting criss-cross as I picked up the notebooks, looking through them. "This is really detailed." I complimented, as I looked over Mira's notes.

"Thanks! I feel like I would forget something if I don't write it down." Mira said as she sat down next to me looking over my shoulder. I shrug my backpack off my shoulder before opening my backpack and taking out my own notebook before beginning to copy down what Mira wrote.

"Seriously, cheating?" I hear Zack's question to which I roll my eyes.

"I can't just get the notes from the teacher. He's barely there anyway." I replied as I gave him a sharp glare.

"Zack, you needed the notes too because you fell asleep." Mira stated causing Zack to flinch before looking away sharply.

I snickered, "Wow, fell asleep in class again. Typical." I placed my pencil down watching as Zack's shoulders tensed up.

"You are so lucky you're a girl." I hear him grumble under his breath. 

"What was that?" I questioned.

"Nothing!" Zack replied, causing me to smirk and going back to taking notes.

Time ticked by as Mira and I discussed the notes along with my copying them down into my own notebook. Every so often Zack would speak his own thoughts on the notes as well as pointing out some things Mira missed as he gestured to his own notes.

The clock ticked by before Mira's phone rang, she answered it as she stood up and walked away, leaving Zack and I alone for a moment. She then returned after a few moments saying, "Sorry guys, I have to go. (Y/N) you can keep copying my notes, just give me my notebooks tomorrow."

"Will do, thanks!" I replied, giving her a smile and wave.

Third POV

Zack sighed, a bit agitated. Mira left so soon, wishing she was able to stay. But at the same time, he didn't mind being alone with (Y/N). She was kind, smart, brave, and not to mention beautiful- wait no! What was he thinking!? He only likes Mira!
