Dynamic Duo (Ayanokoji x Reader)

1st person POV

Today was absolutely exhausting, and to top it all off, I didn't even get to eat lunch!

Right after the last period before lunch, I had to rush to the market to buy some damn trash bins and a dipper.

Being a class officer has its perks, but it also comes with some major drawbacks.

The trash bins and a dipper totaled up to 1,189. Can you believe it? The class funds were practically burned on just these items.

And to make matters worse, my classmates didn't even bother to help clean the classroom! I went the entire lunch period without eating. Unappreciative jerks!

Well, it's all over now, and I'm finally back home. I can unwind and relax a bit and maybe even continue watching my favorite anime, Classroom of the Elite!

Just another day as a stressed-out class officer...

I woke up, I hadn't realize I fell asleep! I rarely even sleep here since I kinda have insomnia, kinda because I'm not sure yet and it's not like I went to the doctor for a diagnosis but I know in hell well that there is something wrong with me.

I look up and I noticed I'm in a completely different room... 'Okay, what in the hell happened? Am I hallucinating now because of not eating or uh sleeping so little?'

'Did I sleep that long that I skipped dinner last night and woke up early this morning since it is causing me to have illusions or something?'

'And why the hell is my room colored green? My room is black and completely is black!'

Before I could even think any further, an unfamiliar voice called my name from downstairs.

"Y/N! Wake up, you need to get to your new school on time" The woman yelled.

'New school? Excuse you? Since when? Oh gosh! I must be so tired that I'm hearing things or am I... really hearing this?'

"Coming!" I answered the woman. I quickly fixed myself and went downstairs.

I was greeted by a woman standing there. She's kinda tall and also attractive but her face shows nothing but a calm, serene expression, I must say.

"Good morning, kiddo" The woman calmly greeted.

"Uh... Yeah, morning to you too...???" I said awkwardly.

"You okay, kiddo? You never greeted me before, you know? You were cold as ice... Chill, it's just me, your mom" The woman said amused by her awkwardness and happiness by her greeting.

"May I ask for your name?" I mumbled.

"Did you have dementia or something, kiddo? It's Mizuki!" Mizuki said, raising an eyebrow, obviously confused.

"Don't tell me you even forgot your surname, kiddo" Mizuki said half-serious, half-joking.

"Yes... Actually..." I answered reluctantly.

"Are you serious right now, kiddo?" Mizuki deadpanned.

"Uh yes, I am..." I said shortly.
