Walking to a secluded place in the library, Lesley took the lead.Earlier's events,of me being sandwiched between the two marksman was frightening and amazing at the same time.I wonder why Granger behaved like that?Does he have conflict with Lesley or something?Well..i mean,alright going back.My eyes gazed towards the female sniper,each of her footsteps can be heard with her clinking heels of her boots.Her beautiful silky and dark pink hair, rhythmically swaying with each step.

Coming to a halt,she turned towards me.Her expression kind of unreadable as it suddenly made me nervous all of a sudden before she delivered a chuckle and smiled towards my direction.

'Huh?'

"So,you did caught the Vagrant Poet's eye's...how intriguing"Her voice smoothly being delivered as she smiled.Blinking at the spot i felt my cheeks faintly blushing as i mustered up and awkward smile.

'Why do they always say that?This is the third time'

"So, I'll be directing to the point,Miss (Y/N)Her expression changed into once again an unreadable one.Snapping out of my thoughts i nodded,my hands fiddling my upper outfit as i gazed towards her.

"My brother has quite grasped the knowledge of your powers"

Confused i blinked.

"Sir Harith,managed to informed him and he asked for his aid"She continued making me astonished.

"A grimoire,was it?That was the spell book you we're carrying along with a wand you bought...am i right?"

She was informed,detailed.

Nodding at her,words were quite stuck in my throat at the moment.She scanned me for a few seconds before she rested her hand on the side of her hip.

"My brother informed me about it,if you do want to know,and i also was taken aback when he suggested something "

Lesley then gazed to me,her eye seem to be intimidating at the current time.

'Harley? Suggested to help?'

Processing his words i averted my gaze,suddenly feeling scared at the current moment.

Granger...i think I need your here right now.

I understand Lesley's gazed earlier,of course she still have suspicions of me and now her brother is involved,had just made things worse.He cherished Harley deeply as her little brother and of course she was just doing her job as a big sister.

Lesley chuckled and crossed her arms proceeding to lean into the wall nearby.
"To be honest,hearing your situation now i was hesitant to permit him to do it but..."

Her eyes fall towards me,less intimidating now than earlier."I want him to make decisions all by himself now."Her gaze falls outside as i silently was engulfed by my thoughts.

Before i could muster up a response Lesley had already beat me to it.

"I know this is  too sudden and all,also i want you too give it a thought. I will come back or maybe you can write me a letter".

Nodding at her words,i was silently relief as the pressure from earlier ago vanished.Gazing towards her,she soon gave a reassuring pat on my shoulder and walked past me."Make sure to decide wisely,ill soon inform Harley immediately on what your response will be."

"Thank you,Miss Vance."With my words she halted before giving me a smile."Calling me Lesley would suffice."With that she left.

Feeling weak inside i breathed out shakily as i replayed the offer earlier.

This is pressuring,Harley hearing my situation and Lesley coming here personally was not i was exepecting but this is already a great opportunity to gain more knowledge about my grimoire.

"(Y/n?)"Breaking out of my thoughts,i realized Granger was already standing before me,a faint concern expression on his facial features.Offering a smile i gazed towards him."I'm fine,ill fill in information later on what Miss Vance discussed with me earlier but for now,is it alright if i take a quick rest?All this stuff happening in one day is making my head spin"

Granger didn't argue and could only nod.About to walk past him,he gently grabbed my hand as the familliar warmth from earlier can be felt.My heart was rapidly beating at the once again gesture as i slowly turned towards him.Events from earlier flashing in my mind all too suddenly.

"Is everything alright?"At my question,he met my gaze.

"If ever you need help with something,ill be here"Processing his words i could literally felt my entire insides just want to melt as my heart could just leap out of my chest any moment at this point.

I'm gonna die peacefully,i swear.

With a nod and a smile i responded."I will,thank you Granger,your words are appreciated".Slowly he let my hand go,painfully slow.His eyes still meeting mine and slowly,turning away as i felt my cheeks flaring up i feigned a cough."I'll get going now,thank you for todays help.I'll inform Alucard along the way about my rest."

A humm can be heard from him as i wasted no time and immediately exited the library,heart beating wildly as my cheeks were dark red.
