Jaune Radec

Ozpin looks at the News and is thinking. Majority of the citizens in Remnant have disappeared and there are reports of Argus removing themselves as part of Mistral as the Council left them to die to the Grimm. Many other Villages and cities are removing themselves from the Kingdoms as well. To top it all of, with majority of the Atlas army heading back to Atlas; majority of Remnant is defenceless. He spoke to the Council and they said they are worried that it might happen to Vale as well. He knows they only took notice of the citizens because at this point their pockets are running low. The SDC has also took in numerous loses as their stocks are plummeting and majority of their mines are gone either they were raided or destroyed. At this point Remnant is falling into chaos.

He sighs as he looks at the reports of an unknown army that appeared out of nowhere. No one knows where they come from only that they started appearing out of nowhere and have been doing work. This unknown group was able to accomplish more than the 4 kingdoms could do. He read the report of the attack at the Brawnen Tribe, it seems Raven is either dead or captured. He tasked Qrow to investigate them but hasnt made contact for a while. He just hopes wherever he is, he's safe.

In the Helghast Detention Center, Radec and Cobar are speaking to Qrow.

Radec: So tell me what business do you have in our city. Did Atlas send you?

Qrow: Atlas? Ha, as if! After what happened, Atlas is on lockdown. The good ole general of Atlas is getting paranoid as hell from all this.

Cobar: I guess we're doing good, Atlas is taking a blow for all our doings. No telling it would be easy when we destroy them.

Radec: Indeed.

Qrow: So you guys the unknown group that has been making names on Remnant huh.

Cobar: We'll be asking the questions here! Do you want the guards to taze you again? Quit the chatter!

Radec gestures Cobar to calm down as Radec shows Qrow a picture of Raven.

Radec: From the information we gathered about you, this woman Raven Brawnen is related to you to right?

Qrow: Yup she's my sister.

Radec: I see. From what the guards told me you were infiltrating the defences of our walls. It would be impossible for anyone to enter that wall as we have motion detectors, guards, cameras, and drones posted everywhere. But from what I'm looking at here, you were able to infiltrate the walls so easily. Tell me Qrow can you also turn to a bird just like your sister?

Qrow was shocked when Radec asked him that question.

Qrow: Uh....uh....no

Radec: I know your lying, considering it's a coincidence that both your names are Raven and Qrow and your sister turns into a bird so by looking at your genetics, you also have the same ability as her or do you have this other ability as well.

As Radec shows Qrow footage of Raven using the Spring Maiden's powers on his forces.

Qrow: 'Raven is the Spring Maiden! Ozpin should know about this, I need to get out of here. But it looks like I have no other option'

Radec: I'm waiting for an answer Qrow or do you want to end up like your sister?

As he shows Qrow footage of Raven's Cell where she's in a prison uniform.

Cobar: If you're wondering what those are in her Cell. Those doors are outfitted with electric barriers where once you touch them.

As he signals the Guard to throw an apple in the barrier as it made contact it vaporizes it entirely to ash.
