Control - Enoch O'Connor [ON HOLD]

TWO WEEKS later,us children of Miss Peregrine's home have received the news from no other than our headmistress herself that Jacob Portman and his father have arrived in Cairnholm and has already visited the house only to turn around dissatisfied,making the woman realise that his grandfather has not told him as much about us as she had hoped.

"Alright children,Jacob seems to not know how to enter our look. I want Emma,Bronwyn and Olive to pick him up the next time he comes to see the house." She stopped,turning her head to the other side of the table, "Millard,I assume you will just go naked if I don't allow you to so anyone who wants to go should say it now."

Claire and the Twins raised their hands,earning a quick nod from Miss Peregrine while Millard also tried raising his hand,scoffing shortly after he realised he was naked.
"I'll go too,Miss" The invisible boy said,picking his fork up and starting to eat.

"Then it's settled! I would also wish for Atena and Enoch to go,as their the oldest and could watch over you all." Our headmistress gave us a quick glance.

I gave a nod,signalling my accord while Enoch gave a scoff, muttering a "Not a way in hell." and continued his eating.

Miss Peregrine looked up at him,dropping her glass on the table, "Enoch,I was not asking you to."

"Children it's about time for you to go." Our headmistress yelled from downstairs,making all of us rush to get ready.

I rapidly brushed my hair,taking one final look in the mirror before running down the hall and making my way down the stairs only to trip on one of them. Preparing for the yet coming impact,I closed my eyes only for my falling to end abruptly,the feeling of two hands on my waist begin acknowledged and making me open my eyes only to be met with a pair of chocolate brown eyes,giving me a slight annoyed glance.

"Might as well jump down directly next time,hurts more." Enoch said,tilting his head to the left.

"Right. You know all about that,right?" I asked him,remembering when he once pushed Hugh down because one of his bees came to near or when Enoch took the liberty to push Emma down because he was allegedly too sentimental that day and it annoyed him,telling our headmistress that "If shes lighter than air,why did she fall down?".

Enoch began lightly pushing me down the stairs while I gave him a sceptic look, "Why were you going upstairs?" I asked.

"I was the lucky bastard who was already on the stairs and Miss Peregrine send me up to get you." He told me,taking his hands off my waist as we arrived downstairs.

"Right,Miss Peregrine said we should go now and I assume everyone is here now so let's go." Emma said hurriedly,nervousness showing through.

We all made our way to the loop entrance,Claire and Bronwyn going hand in hand and staying behind Olive who held both the Twins hands while Millard started running out of the look in order to explore the now destroyed house.

"Right,I'm going after Millard while he's still clothed." Emma said,making her way into the house first,only to be followed by Olive while everyone else stopped outside either to take a good look at the house or in Claires and the Twins case,because they were too scared to move in case Jacob would already be inside.

"Wyn! Bronwyn!" A loud yell was heard,coming from inside.
"Wyn we need your help!"  Emma yelled again,causing the girl to run in to see what he was needed for.

A few minutes later,the three girls came out making Enoch let out a laugh at the sight they were providing.
Emma and Olive walking behind Bronwyn who was carrying a boy twice her hight.

"That's Abe Portman's grandson?" Enoch asked,not bothering to hide his amused face and letting out another laugh as Bronwyn threw him down on the dirt.

"Look's a bit sleepy,you found him alive,right?" I let out a laugh,looking at the boy who showed no signs of waking up.

"Yes,very funny you two. I scared him a little and he fell down hitting his head." Emma said,making a few of us laugh.

"Emma that's the second boy you scared off." I said jokingly,getting a glare from the blonde in return.

"That's pathetic,I'm going back." Enoch said,turning around,grabbing my hand and dragging me after him,shouting protests that he just decided to ignore.

"Are you scared to go home alone?" I asked him,throwing my hand in different directions,trying to get him to let go, "If I could control my peculiarity,I would make you let go of my hand and slap yourself." I said,letting out a huff.

"Right but you can't because you don't know how." He glanced at me,letting a snicker, "And there is no reason to stay,he'll wake up,panic and probably run away. Or better yet,he'll think he's crazy and try suicide."

Arriving at the house,Enoch had let go of my hand before letting himself in,walking our headmistress and ignoring her questions to why we're the only ones home.

Realising Enoch won't answer,she turned to me, "Atena,may I get an answer to where the other children are?"

"Well,we found Jacob but he got scared by Emma,ran,hit his head and Enoch dragged me home so I don't know the rest." I told her. Nodding her head,the headmistress let me go upstairs until the rest of the children arrived.

I know Enoch actually has blue eyes,I just decided to use film Enoch and not change anything about his appearance.
