This time she didn’t go up to her room. She tried the door as always but it was locked…no surprise there. She walked over to the silk white high curtains that looked like it hadn’t ever been man-handled. How such a person with a dark heart live in such a white house baffled her. She opened a small portion of the curtain and took a peek out side. The Vast scopes of Vegas at night time shun in it’s glory. She really wished to go out there. She fisted her hand and gave a quick knock to test the glass and it gave a dense sound back. That definitely won’t crack easy.

Giving up on her quest to explore, she peeled away from the curtains and turned to the stairs, immediately her hair stood from her body. A woman was stood by the stairs with her hands clasped together in front of her while she wore a huge smile complimenting her black and white uniform-gown that stopped just below her knee, her wavy hair was packed up in a bun, dark-brown complimenting her olive skin.

She raised a hand and gave a single wave. Eshaal recovering from the brief scare, did the same back and whispered a ‘hi’. “Nisha?” She asked to confirm.

The woman nodded enthusiastically, her closed smile plastered like glue, making Eshaal wear a smile back, but she didn’t know if that was a good idea.

“I’ll um…” Eshaal pointed at the stairs, nervous. “I’ll get going.” Nisha nodded and cautiously Eshaal went up a stair, gave a tight-lipped smile and rushed up the rest when she stopped half-way. Would asking if there was a phone be bad – ‘R’ would have an accessible tool for communicating, granting you a somewhat kind of contact to the outside world while he has you captive? The small voice in her head sassed. He’s that dumb.

Go on. Ask and put yourself into more trouble.

She immediately decided against it.

Now, that she thought about it, she didn’t even know where R’s stayed in the house. He just disappears. Surely, he must have a phone she could probably gain access to if she was slick enough.

She was in the room assigned to her, arranging the bed she laid on after she had prayed all her due prayer and done istighfar also praying for guidance when a knock alerted her.

Wandering who it was, she went ahead to go open it. It was R wearing a smile and had changed his outfit to a more supposedly beachy one. He had on a green tank top, on it was a short sleeved men beach set with his hair slicked back. It made him look even more like Luca now, except with shorter hair.

He immediately stepped into the room, with his arms plunged in the air in excitement. She immediately noticed his right hand. It wasn’t a whole bionic arm, it was just his hand.

A black bionic hand.

“Let’s go outside!” His eyes no longer sinister, twinkled in excitement with the smile lines seemingly more prominent.

“Umm, ok-kay...” Eshaal wasn’t sure how to respond. Was this a test to see if she’ll run away? Or simply just an opportunity to escape?

“Yes. I’ve planned a picnic in the backyard.” His smile wide, glad she didn’t give him a hard time. “...and I know you’re all for chocolates.” He remarked, jokingly. “Pick an outfit from your closet.” He gestured to the closet and Eshaal remembered the incident that happened there.

She nodded anyway and he pocketed, smiled one of his eye-wrinkling smiles and walked out of the room. Eshaal closed the door behind him, backed the door and slid down it to the floor, letting out a breath she didn’t realise she was holding.

Oh God.

She crawled and then stood up on her feet to get to the closet, picked out a random purple dress and wore it, using the same gold scarf she was taken with on it cause there were no scarfs long enough for her.
