❥  As the ship rises up to the sky, (Y/n) was sitting to the edge of the Bounty while looking at a mirror to look at the gems dangling over her head. While she looks at it, Flaire appears as her reflection shows that she was behind (Y/n), waiting for her to notice. “Are you done looking at me like a ghost?” (Y/n) soon spoke as she glared at her through the mirror. Flaire sits down next to her as she then looks at her with her eyes. “I can see you’re scared. Why’s that?” Flaire asked as (Y/n) just stayed silent for a bit before speaking up.

“Have you ever tried to keep something away but it keeps getting stronger each time you resist it?” (Y/n) questioned while her claws dug into the wood as she drew a star on the wood. “I haven't actually but I can tell you aren't in the best state of mind.” Flaire implied as she crossed her arms around her hollow chest. (Y/n) chuckles a bit. “I know… It’s taking a toll on my health. I can still hear their roars. The rampage. The blood in its mouth.” Her tone soon lowered as she became paranoid to the point that the sound vanished and the only thing she heard were voices in her head. “It’s a never ending war…” Her ears lowered until Flaire grabs her horns, making (Y/n) flinch.

“I'm going to say this once. If you keep going with this, you’ll be stuck in a loop. I’ve seen many get stuck in a loop and those haven’t been heard for years. So please…” She puts her hand on her forehead as she uses a glimpse of her powers. (Y/n) sighs as she slapped away her hand from her forehead. “Don’t remind me.” She then snaps her fingers as Flaire vanishes in thin air. As the wind flowed against her and clouds covered the sun, she sighed as she looked at the top deck where the Ninja were talking with the 2 teens. (Y/n) sighs as she lets her legs dangle over the edge. Lloyd walked over to her as he sat down next to her as he slowly puts his hand over hers. “How are you doing?”

“I’m fine. Just thinking about a few things.” She muttered in response but he then lifted her chin to make her look at him. “You sure it ain’t something else?” He questioned as he raised his eyebrow. “It ain’t.” She glared at him but he didn't seem threatened by it. “It definitely is.” He grins while she scoffs and looks away from him in frustration. He then pinched her cheek, making her yelp and hisses. “You really love to get on my nerves…” She spat out while she looked at the clouds as Lloyd looked at her worried. “You haven’t spoken since we left the Realm of Madness. And it’s making me worry.” He muttered as she looked at him.

There are things she wants to tell him. Scream it out. Vent it out. But it was like a rope was tied to her mouth, preventing her from speaking out about her pain and suffering over the years. She sighs as she then holds his hand. “I…” Suddenly, the sunshine hits them as the clouds clear up to reveal the floating city known as The Cloud Kingdom. (Y/n) stood up as she looked at the city while Arin and Sora were amazed as well by the view. “The Cloud Kingdom… Woah.” Kai muttered under his breath. “Why wasn’t this here on our way out?” Sora questioned Lloyd as he stood up and went back to the wheel. “It’s a floating kingdom. Maybe it drifted into our path?”

Sighs “Looks relaxing here. I can really get used to this.” Arin smiled as they approached the city.

As they entered the area, the place started rumbling as they kept their balance. “Anyone else feel that?” Kai yelled while (Y/n) looked at him. “Who doesn’t?” She said sarcastically until one of the towers on their right broke off and started to head toward the Bounty. “Relaxation is canceled!” Arin screamed out in a panic. (Y/n) grabbed Sora, Arin, and Riyu as she created a shield large enough to protect the Bounty. When the rubble hit the shield, the ship shook as they slid to the right but the railing caught them. They soon heard cloud monks yelling for help as they held onto the edge of the tower that fell.
