❥  Chirping could be heard from above as (Y/n) lays still in her chair, not moving in inch as her eyes were closed shut. She could feel little claws on her horns as the birds chirped happily while eating some seeds from the bowl on her head. Her ear twitches once she hears footsteps coming down the stairs as she soon opens her eyes as Jalen walks in as they sit beside them, making the birds fly away as they take off the bowl from (Y/n)’s head. “How's everything?”

“Good. Just tired…” She sighs as she rubs her arm a bit. Jalen noticed something as they glared at them. “You messed with the medicine, didn't you?” (Y/n) groans as she then sighs. “Sometimes you know things more than me. The Merge changed both of us deeply like our powers.” She pointed out as she pokes Jalen on their forehead, grinning happy while making them pissy. They slapped her hand away from their forehead as they spoke. “You, however, got dragon features. Kinda sucks to be understanding dragons, huh? Besides, it would mean you would outlive everyone. Including Lloyd.”

When they said that, (Y/n) lowered her ears as she glared at them. “... Don't remind me. Besides, you're married and have a kid with Elijah. Don't you think one day you'll die and leave him alone?” She asked as Jalen hums. “Touche… But Elijah had already planned that. He planned on taking care of Briar once I die. Sure, he'll be heartbroken but he wouldn't want them to be in the sea of sadness…”

“At least you have everything planned out…” She muttered as she looked away, making her think about what's going to happen once she outlives everyone… She closed her eyes as she thought of all of the possible outcomes of everyone’s death. Shot, killed, accident, high fall… Anything could happen. Before she could think farther, a roar was heard from the junkyard as Jalen stood up. “I'm guessing that's your cue to go.”

(Y/n) stood up as she was ready to head out until she stopped and thought something. “It’s been a while since you fought with me ever since Elijah and you created Briar with your blood. Why's that?” She raises her eyebrow as Jalen looks back at her, feeling the sharp eye on them. “... Briar is my child. I'm supposed to protect them and teach them the ropes. Elijah can take care of them too but he's been slacking off too much. Especially with that beard growing on his chin. But at least he's still got that charm.”

(Y/n) chuckles as she crosses her arms around her chest. “That's the man you married. Anyways, see ya.” (Y/n) then walks away until Jalen throws her a vial that was full of orange liquid but (Y/n) grabs it before it hits her on the head. "Just in case.” “Thanks. But throwing it? I think you're still trying to kill me again.” (Y/n) grins as Jalen just chuckles. “I would if I could. But of course, immortality loves to make you suffer more than I did.” They scoff as (Y/n) just walks off. “Maybe it is.” She left as she adjusted her scarf, putting away the vial in her bag. Every time, she always had to put up with something stupid like more bounties. She then takes out a checklist as it was full of things she needed to do.

-Wrenches and mechanical part for Sora
-Ingredients for pie for Arin
-A ring for Lloyd (Just to tease him about that ring thing)
-A pirate costume (For Kai)
-Family visit✓
-Bounties✓
-Kids toys for the village
-Blacksmith shop visit✓

“Looks like shopping can wait. Mama is hungry for destruction.” She grins happily as her eyes sparkled with mischief, ready to cause problems up ahead.
