"How could she do that?" Brown questioned as he comprehended what he had just heard. Danny and Connie were currently discussing how Mitchie practically agreed to indulge in a war against Camp Star. As Danny stood there all she could think about was how wrong everyone was for thinking Brown was going to willfully agree to this.

"I told them. I told Mitchie. Axel Turner cannot be trusted."

"I don't know why you're getting so upset. At the very least, Camp Rock could get some great exposure." Connie defended. Danny just stood there silent while attempting to think of words to say.

"He took advantage is what he did. He saw an opportunity and went for it. An opportunity to destroy me once and for all." Brown accused as he walked off to the other side of the cabin.

"And I thought Mitchie could be dramatic. Okay, then, just call him and say no. It's not that big a deal."

"We're well passed big deal. Look. Camp Wars" Brown turned his computer monitor around on his desk to face them with the screen displaying Camp Wars, " Catchy. Yeah, I especially like the tag line: Only one will survive"

"Millions of viewers will be watching. That's good, right?" Connie tried again, looking for a bright side. Danny just continued to watch as Brown paced around his desk as a sickening feeling stirred within her.

"After this, we are done. And not just for the summer, for good." Brown stated.

"Wait, what? That- that can't happen." Danny stammered as the actual possibility of losing the camp crossed her mind.

"Oh, c'mon. Brown," Connie scoffed, "Give them a chance." She pleaded.

"Look, nobody believes in my Rockers more than I do, but we are gonna look like a joke next to Camp Star. We don't have the resources, the infrastructure, the money." He listed off. Danny quietly slumped down in the nearest chair as she thought about how deep of a mess they were now in. She held her face in her hands as her mind raced. Sure she knew there was a possibility of Camp Rock going out of business because of the shortness in staff, but that was quickly resolved. Now, there was another factor that might not even be able to be solved.

"Talent, passion, commitment, yeah, we've got that. It's not gonna matter."

"It always matters." Connie stated as she gently rubbed the younger girl's back in a soothing motion.

"And when people watch where do you think they're gonna send their kids to camp?" Brown questioned.

"She didn't do it on purpose." Connie sighed.

"I know. I just...I just wish she wouldn't have fallen into the trap." Brown said before they all heard the sound of someone running down the cabin's porch steps. Danny lifted her head out of her hands in time to catch a glimpse of a hot pink cardigan. They all had a feeling who was listening in on the conversation.
