[The episode begins in the GSC building where a meeting begins between the Gehenna Pandemonium Society and the Kaiser President (on long-range comms). Rin attends the meeting to mediate the discussion of the rights for the Utnapishtim's ship.]

Rin: Everyone, thank you for coming in to attend the meeting.
Kaiser President: (long-range comms) Let's make this quick. I have an important appointment to attend after this.
Rin: Of course, we'll try to keep this short. The objective of this formal meeting is to address the ongoing dispute between Gehenna Academy and the Kaiser Corporation over the rights to the ship of Utnapishtim. As acting President of the GSC, I'll take on the role of mediator for this discussion.
Kaiser President: It's clear the Kaiser PMC claims the land in the Abydos district. Anything discovered there belongs to us. We have the legal documents and deeds to prove it. Therefore, the artifact belongs to the corporation by right.
Makoto: Not so fast! Our valiant member was the one who dug up the treasure first! The Pandemonium Society already claimed the ship as it's own. She even placed the Gehenna Flag over the site as evidence.
Kaiser President: That is a far-fetched claim. Anyone can plant a flag on land and claim it as their own. That's "claim jumping." The artifact is ours to control and command. No one else has ownership of it but us.
Rin: The GSC would also like to interject that the ship is of vital importance to the defense of the city. While memory accounts differ, the ship must remain available for use should an outside threat threaten Kivotos.
Kaiser President: Hmm, so the GSC President is taking the students' side. Predictable.
Rin: (stern expression) ...
Makoto: (confident expression) Khehehe, not at all. If the ship is so important to you, then try and take it! Kaiser PMC hasn't even made a single attempt to send an army to grab it back! Why have this discussion if the corporation doesn't enforce their territory claim? Admit it! The ship's ours for the taking!
Kaiser President: ...
Rin: She's right. If the territory is still under ownership by Kaiser, why hasn't there been attempts at seizing it by force?
Kaiser President: ...Because every force we sent were destroyed or decimated.
