Dovesso One Shots | (x fem.reader)

Leonora is lost on how to ask someone out and so she goes to Anemone for help.
No warnings needed.

Leonora PoV:

Rubbing at the back of my neck, I knocked on the bright door. As per usual, I didn't wait to get invited inside, just opening the door and walking in as if I owned this place.

Anemone looked up from her desk, a slightly annoyed look already seated on her face. It made me smile slightly. "Can't you for once wait until I have asked you inside, Red?" I shook my head, walking over and stopping before the paper filled desk she sat behind.

"Of cours not.." she grumbled and pinched the bridge of her nose. "What do you want this time? Or just came by to annoy me. Like usual." "As much as I would enjoy doing this, I.. have some personal matters why I am here."

It seemed to interest her, or she was just being nosy again. Either way, I didn't care, as long as she listened and hopefully had some useful advice for me.

"How do you.. ask someone for a date.." I mumbled quietly, looking to the side. It was weird asking this. "A.. date?" She seemed even more surprised than I had imagined she would react. I nodded, feeling my cheeks get this weird shaden of pink again. I hated when this happened.

"I can't believe it. The scary dean of evil has taken a liking in someone!" "Would you be quiet!" I hissed, looking around. Besides us, no one was in the room, but you could never know who was listening from outside. No one needed to know about this after all.

"Who are they? Ever or Never?" I huffed and shook my head. Of course this was the wrong person to ask. But who else should I have went to with this matter?

"That doesn't matter. Just.. just tell me how I ask someone out for a date." She chuckled and leaned back in her chair, her eyes running up and down my body. I hated it, having her watch me so closely.

"It does matter. Evers and Nevers have their differences. So?" I rolled my eyes and leaned against her desk, my back now turned to her. "She is.. an Ever." "Hmm, never thought you would fall for all those bright colors." I glared back at her. This wasn't at all what I wanted for help.

"Calm down, calm down. If you wanted a help without getting teased in the process you should have went to Clarissa," she said and I could feel my cheeks heat up even more. "Now that I am saying it, why didn't you go to Clarissa? Why did you come to me?" I kept quiet, not turning my face to her. She would figure it out right away, I knew it.

But as it seemed was my silence more than enough for her to understand. "Hm.. ohh.. Ohh! It's Clarissa!" "Would you just shut up!" I whined and turned back around, glaring at her. It wasn't much intimidating as I thought, not with my flushed cheeks at least.

"Calm down, Red. I'll help you. But only for the sake of wanting to tease you some more with it." I groaned and rubbed the bridge of my nose. This would be a long evening.

I looked at myself in the mirror, frowning. It made her sigh. "Don't tell me you want to change again." My gaze shifted from myself over to her. "I.. should I?" "No, Red, you should not. You look good, I swear." She offered me a smile and I nodded slowly.

Grabbing the flowers Anemone had brought me, I looked at them. They were breath taking. "All of her favorites. She'll love it. Now go. I bet she is already waiting." I nodded and took a deep breath, grabbed my cane and walked out of the room.

Together with Anemone I had kid of made a plan. Until know it had worked.
