Elsa stirred, the sunlight streaming through her bedroom window in Casablanca as she woke up. She stretched slightly, shaking off the stiffness of sleep. Eyes still closed, she relished the warmth of her bed. Soon, she felt a stirring next to her and smiled when the arm slung across her waist tightened and pulled her closer. A soft kiss was pressed to her cheek.

"Good morning, my love," said a deep voice from behind her.

She turned around, the arm not leaving her waist as she turned to face the owner of the arm and voice. Opening her eyes, she was met with the sleepy grin of her soulmate.

"Good morning, Sam," she replied with a smile, accepting the slow kiss he gave her. "We need to get out of bed, the meeting's in 20 minutes."

Sam pouted adorably. "I don't wanna, I want to spend all day in our warm bed with you," he said, pinning her under him and kissing her with more passion this time.

Elsa gave in for a moment, their tongues mingling together before Sam began to kiss his way down her neck, nearly distracting her. "But the meeting..."

"We still have few minutes," Sam said, stopping what he was doing to give her his best smirk. "Let me kiss you for a little longer, hmm?"

Elsa grinned, heart fluttering like it always did when he said things like that. Nevertheless, it was June 1st, meaning they had a crucial meeting to get to. She gently pushed him off of her, sat up and swung her legs out to get up. "Come on Sam, let's go. I don't want to be late."

Sam smiled cheekily, patting the space she vacated next to him. "Sure you don't want to come back?"

Elsa smiled despite herself before rolling her eyes and walking out of the door, a glowing finger raised in the air mischievously.

"Hey wait, that's not fair!" Sam protested before a surprised "oof" fell from his lips, cutting off his protests. Elsa had levitated him out of bed as she walked away, moving him over just a few inches before her magic deposited him in an ungraceful but unhurt heap on the floor.

"Meeting. Now," she said with a chuckle from the doorway. She was already dressed and ready to go, her hair perfectly wrapped into an elegant bun. She dressed warmly although she knew she wouldn't feel the cold, wearing a black sweater dress and black lace tights, feet tucked into thigh high black heeled boots and a long grey jacket around her shoulders. On her wrist was a white watch with a dark green, almost black rim and burgundy straps that showed her elven status and served in place of her hat outside of the Christmas season.

Sam frowned slightly when he got up, sighing in resignation as he snapped his fingers. His sleepwear was replaced in a blink. He chose to wear a black turtleneck and black jeans, a long grey jacket much like Elsa's, black suede ankle boots, and a watch just like Elsa's to show his own elf status.

"Fine, let's go," he said sulkily. Elsa grinned, pecking him on the cheek before taking his hand.

They stepped outside, taking in the landscape. Instead of lush swaying palm trees and a bubbling fountain in their yard, the palm trees had a thin layer of frost on them, and the fountain no longer sprang happily, the water frozen in time as icicles hung down. Elsa frowned, once more recalling why they were even going to the meeting.
