It's been about a week since Ziya moved in and I feel like my life has flipped upside down.
I thrive on organization.
Peace and quiet.
Independence.
Space.
Yeah, that doesn't exist now that she's here.
Her side of the room is loud and chaotic.
Her walls are full of black, white, and red posters of some bands I can't even recognize.
There has to be like over 100 pictures of her with friends and family.
And don't even get me started on the music.
I wake up, music is playing.
When I come back from the gym, she's singing in the shower.
I'm eating, she's humming.
I'm trying to sleep, she's playing her guitar and say it with me- SINGING!
But forget all that stuff, I can live with the chaos.
She won't stop talking to me.
You would think she would give up after I was an asshole to her since the moment I met her.
But no.
She's persistent as fuck.
Sometimes she just says hi or asks me how my day was.
Other times she just blurts out the weirdest questions like if I'd rather have hands for feet or feet for hands.
She's an odd one, that's for sure.
Oh, and her parents call her like 10 times a day.
And each time she's lying to them.
I don't mean to eavesdrop- okay, yes I do.
She always gets so anxious whenever she talks to them and as soon as she ends the call, she lets out a loud sigh of relief.
I'm snapped out of my thoughts when the door flies open and Ziya walks in, her phone against her ear using her shoulder and a small bag of purple Doritos in the other.
She loves those damn, noisy ass chips.
She bought a variety pack of Doritos but doesn't even touch the other ones!
Which is honestly psycho because it's obvious the blue ones are the best.
She pauses when she sees me and sends me an awkward smile before shutting the door with her foot.
I'm not exactly sure what she's saying since she's speaking Hindi but clearly, it's serious since her frown only deepens the more and more she speaks.
She grabs a pair of clothes before heading into the bathroom, still on the phone may I add.
