The first months of our relationship were like a dream, it was like we were actually gonna spend the rest of our lives with eachother..

But the when our first year in our relationship came up.. it was.. different..

Se-mi was more distant then affectionate.. to a point that she sometimes snapped at me when she was pissed off..

The day we first met, it was a snowy day on january 16th, 2015..

Today, the date was may 27th, 2025.. and she came back from work.. a bit mad..

"Hi!..-" she then cut me off and just started rambling about how bad her day was..

She sat on the couch and started talking nonstop.. telling me to go make some food..

I nodded and just followed what she said.. it was normal by now.. it had to be, if I was gonna be honest..

But.. it didn't seem right.. she never asked about my day?.. what happened to the old Se-mi..

She used to look at me like i was her whole world.. now she looked at me like I wasn't even apart of it..

I then gave her the miso soup, beef and rice and she began eating as I just sat there..

"Uhm.. Se-mi.. can.. we talk?.." I said.. nervous.. I was somewhat scared.. but why?.. it was just Se-mi..

"Sure..?" She said confused..

"Do you hate me?.. it really feels like you do and I just sometimes I overthink it and it's embarassing, I know but-"

"No need to be dramatic, I don't hate you." She said.. continuing to eat her food..

"That's it?.." I said.. confused at the answer.. did I expect more..? I didn't even know..

"What do you mean 'thats it' ?.." she said looking a me..

"You didn't even look at me when you said that??"

"Yeah, cause I'm eating..?"

"Stop putting everything I'm saying aside when I'm trying to talk to you about something serious!!?.."

"Nothing you say seems serious." She said.. bluntly.. and for me, it was the last straw...

"Oh, nothing I say is serious now??"

"Yeah, because you always joke around and follow me like a puppy dog everywhere."

"This is your whole problem, you talk about everything and everyone's flaws except your own-"

"I've never talked about all your flaws now haven't I?.. cause I can name out a lot right here on the spot.."

I then looked at her and scoffed..

"Your whole problem is that you talk about yourself and only yourself, there's no 'how was your day' it's just always how you feel, huh??.."

"Well maybe it's cause you're fucking boring and have nothing to do most of the time except hanging out with me."

That was my last straw.. I couldn't take it anymore..

"So you come to my house, ask me to make dinner for you and then tell me that nothing I say is serious?.." I said.. looking at her with a disappointed look..
