You woke up later than usual-whether it was out of laziness or something else, who knows. You made yourself a cup of coffee and walked to the main room, only to see everyone busy decorating the hotel.
"What's going on?" you asked Husk while sipping your coffee slowly.
"Well, Lucifer is coming here at Charlie's invitation," Husk replied nonchalantly.
As soon as you heard Lucifer's name, you choked on your coffee in shock. "What?! Lucifer is coming here?!" Everyone looked surprised by your reaction.
"And when is he arriving?!" you asked urgently.
"In about three seco-" Charlie didn't even finish her sentence before the door opened, revealing a man standing at the entrance.
"Hello, Charlie! My lovely daughter!" Lucifer exclaimed, pulling Charlie into a tight hug. He also greeted her pets, Kiki and the two dragons.
He looked around the room, his expression slightly uneasy, but suddenly...
"Y/N?" Lucifer asked, confused. Before he could say anything else, you quickly grabbed his hand and greeted him.
"Hello, Mr. Lucifer! I'm the therapist for this hotel!" you said, signaling him with your eyes to play along for now.
"Oh! Uh, yes! Hahaha, I haven't seen you in a long time," Lucifer said, trying his best to follow your lead. Although, everyone could clearly sense something was up.
"I didn't know you and Y/N knew each other!" Charlie said excitedly upon discovering her father was acquainted with you.
"Why don't we have Y/N give your father a tour of the hotel?" Angel suggested.
"Well, that's not going to happen. I should be the one giving the King of Hell a tour of the hotel," Alastor suddenly appeared between you and Lucifer, putting his arm around your shoulders. This caused Lucifer to twitch slightly before flashing Alastor an icy smile.
"And who are you? Some kind of bellboy?" Lucifer asked mockingly.
"No, I'm the hotel manager. You might've heard of me through the radio," Alastor replied, grinning slyly.
"Ah, no, I haven't. That might explain why you named the hotel 'Hazbin' though-hahaha!"
"Hahaha, well, that was a my Idea" Alastor shot back, his grin slightly strained.
"Hahaha! Well, it's not the smartest name, is it?"
"Hahaha... Fuck you"
"Calm down, Alastor. I'll be the one to show him around," you said, trying to prevent the brewing tension between the two. Hearing this, Alastor's smile widened, but his tone betrayed his irritation.
"Why?" His voice was cold and sharp despite the smile plastered on his face.
"Because... well, I think I can give a better introduction to the hotel. Plus, it'd be a good chance to have a private conversation with Lucifer," you replied cautiously.
Alastor kept smiling but simply nod before fading into the shadows.
Now alone with Lucifer, he broke the silence first. "What are you doing in Hell, Y/N? It's been a long time since I last saw you," he said, his eyes revealing a flicker of longing.
"I know. And I'm here because I want to help your daughter," you answered sincerely.
"You know what Heaven is like. They won't even listen to Charlie. I don't want my daughter to... end up like me," he replied, avoiding your gaze.
"Look, I know you're scared, but remember-you once told me dreams are meant to be big," you said gently, placing your hand over his to comfort him.
The two of you had known each other back in Heaven, drawn together by your admiration for his bold dreams, even though other Seraphim disapproved of them.
"If you've lost faith in your own dreams, then it's time to help your daughter achieve hers," you said firmly.
The two of you locked eyes for a moment. Then, Lucifer leaned in closer, his face inching towards yours. You instinctively prepared to step back, but he softly held your chin.
"Just this once, can I?" he asked, his voice fragile. You nodded slightly, and Lucifer leaned in even closer, closer...
Boom!
A loud crash broke the moment, something slamming against the wall. Lucifer growled in frustration, visibly irritated. "I'll deal with this later," he muttered.
You excused yourself to check what was happening downstairs, and Lucifer follow you, a shadow emerged in the corner of the room, accompanied by an unsettling grin.
"Little angel... how long has it been since I last saw that face? But don't worry... we'll meet again soon." The shadowy figure's voice was laced with malice, echoing softly before fading into the darkness.

"Thank you, Father!" Charlie exclaimed, hugging Lucifer tightly in gratitude. He had just agreed to arrange a meeting with Heaven regarding her redemption project. Alastor appeared behind you, placing his hand firmly on your shoulder.
"Well, this seems like good news, doesn't it?" Alastor said nonchalantly.
"Yes, it is," you replied, your eyes briefly meeting Lucifer's. He gave you a small smile before disappearing.
"You seem awfully close to the King of Hell," Alastor muttered, his grip on your shoulder tightening. "So close, in fact, that I'm tempted to leave a mark on you. A reminder... that you're mine."
The distorted sound of his radio voice filled the air, sending a shiver down your spine. But you held your composure, meeting his gaze with defiance. "Don't say I didn't warn you, Alastor. Don't even think about trying something like that," you challenged, fully aware of your own strength.
Alastor laughed heartily, the tension breaking slightly as he teased you further. He kept up his playful banter, occasionally trying to provoke you, while you responded with equal parts exasperation and wit. Though his antics could be exhausting, you knew better than to let him see you falter.
