(Alfa's POV)

It has been five years since I married the love of my life. From the moment I first saw her until now, she has been nothing but sweet. She changed my life and saved me from the depths of darkness. Before I met her, I was just a body with no soul. I smiled, I laughed, but I was never truly happy. She gave me all the happiness in this world—she is my savior.

It all started on a night when I returned home from a meeting. Despite having a stressful day, I couldn't sleep. The house felt lonely, so I sat alone, watching my favorite anime. That was when a message came through on my private line. I noticed it was from an unknown number. Only a few people had access to that line, so I initially ignored it, assuming it was a mistake. But the messages kept coming, and I felt an urge to respond. Whoever it was seemed deeply hurt. That night, she unknowingly gave me a rare opportunity—to share a quote. You wouldn't believe how proud that made me feel.

From there, we grew closer. I thought it was foolish to feel so attracted to someone I hadn't met, so I kept my identity a secret. I feared the stories she might hear about me. At the same time, I held myself back from finding out who she was—I didn't want to have an unfair advantage over her.

Everything eventually worked out, and she even made me realize how angry Henry had been at me. She helped us reconcile, and now Henry is free from the burden of hatred. He's even getting married next month.

When I asked Bunny to marry me, she hesitated. She couldn't bear children, and she believed that was a deal-breaker. But I reassured her—I wasn't marrying her to be a baby-making factory. I wanted her beside me for the rest of my life. While it saddened me that we might never have children, my love for her surpassed everything. It always had, and it always would.

I then decided to punish Josh for all the pain he had caused her. I made his employer fire him, bought the building where his wife ran her supermarket, and evicted them. I even bought the house they lived in and served them a quit notice. I frustrated him until Bunny found out and reprimanded me for it. As her punishment for me, I had to give back everything I took—but only after Josh apologized to Bunny. Though I endured her scolding, it was worth it.

Our wedding remains among the top ten best weddings. I cried when she walked down the aisle—I was such a wuss. From the moment I met her, my life has been perfect. Of course, we argue. Sometimes, she even storms off to her mother's house. But no matter what, we always come back to each other. We simply can't stay apart for long.

Bunny is strong. She carries a lot of responsibilities and still manages to be my mother, my wife, my best friend—my everything.

"Dad, when will Mommy come out?" my three-year-old son asked.

"Soon, Al."

His full name is Alfa. Bunny gave birth to him two years after our wedding—a miracle we never expected. Now, I'm at the hospital again because she's in the labor room, giving birth to our second child. I'm worried because today is July 14th—my birthday. It's also the day that has always taken everything from me.

"Don't worry, Dad. My baby sister will be beautiful, and Mommy will still be able to cook the vegetable soup she promised," my son consoled me. I marveled at how smart he was. He was definitely going to be a lady-killer.

"Thanks, Al," I replied. We had no idea about the baby's gender because Bunny refused to find out through an ultrasound—she wanted it to be a surprise. Al believe it would be a girl, I hope he is right.

"Dear God, you gave me a miracle by sending her into my life. Please show me another miracle today," I prayed silently.

The moment I heard the doctor approaching, I turned toward him anxiously.

"How is she?" I rushed towards him.

"Congratulations, sir! Your wife has given birth to a baby girl," he announced with a smile.

My heart pounded. "How is my Bunny?" I asked, barely breathing.

The doctor looked at me, momentarily confused. "Oh! You mean your wife? She's fine—just a little tired. You can go see her now."

Before he could finish, I was already on my way. I knew exactly where to go since we had our private ward in the hospital.

"Bunny," I called the moment I entered the room. Al was right behind me.

"Mommy!" he shouted and tried to jump on the bed, but I caught him in time.

"Mommy is a little weak, Al," she said with a soft smile. Tears welled up in my eyes as I slowly walked to her bedside and took her hand in mine.

"Thank you for not leaving me," I whispered, my voice breaking.

She placed her free hand on my head. "Don't be a wuss, Alfa. I will never leave you—not in this life, nor the next."

I wiped my tears and turned toward the crib. My baby girl was so tiny, just like Al when he was born—maybe even smaller. I carefully picked her up and cradled her in my arms.

"She's beautiful," I murmured. She cooed softly.

"What are we going to call her?" I asked, looking at Bunny.

"Marrisa," she answered.

I froze. "My mother's name?"

She nodded.

I smiled and turned to Al. "Look, Al. This is Marisa, your little sister, and your responsibility. Isn't she beautiful?"

"Dad, she's an angel," he whispered, gently rubbing her head.

"Mama will be here soon," I said, and Bunny smiled.

"I love you," she murmured.

"We love you too," I replied. At that moment, Mama barged into the room.

Bunny is truly my blessing. She even managed to turn this once sorrowful day into a joyous one. From today onward, instead of remembering July 14th as the day that took my parents from me, I will remember it as the day she gave me a new life and a princess—Marisa.

Thank God for my happily ever after. Thank God for my Bunny. Thank God for a love that never loses its spark, even as we grow older. Thank God for my beautiful love story.

The End.
