Backstage, Bliss, Silver, and Blaze were gathered near their instruments, preparing for their next song. Bliss adjusted her microphone stand, her usual cheerful demeanor slightly dimmed by a nagging feeling she couldn’t shake.

“Alright, guys,” she said, brushing her hair out of her face, “let’s give the crowd a performance they’ll never forget. Silver, you ready with that solo?”

Silver grinned, spinning his drumsticks in his hands. “Always. I’ll steal the show like I always do.”

Blaze rolled her eyes, her fingers tapping against the keys of her keyboard. “Just don’t mess up like last time, Silver.”

“I didn’t mess up, Blaze!” Silver shot back, pouting. “I was adding flair.”

Bliss couldn’t help but giggle at their banter, but before she could say anything, the ground beneath them suddenly trembled. The walls of the cave shook, sending small rocks and dust raining down from above.

“What the—?!” Blaze exclaimed, steadying herself against her keyboard as the rumbling grew louder.

Bliss' rose-pink eyes widened in alarm as she looked around. “An earthquake? No… something’s not right.”

Silver jumped to his feet, his drumsticks clattering to the ground. “We’ve had concerts here before, and this has never happened!”

The crowd outside grew restless, murmurs turning into shouts of concern as the shaking intensified. Bliss turned to Silver and Blaze, her voice firm despite her unease.

“Stay here and keep everyone calm. I’m going to check what’s going on,” she said, heading toward the exit of the backstage area.

Before anyone could respond, the heavy sound of boots echoed through the cave, sending a chill down Bliss' spine. Blaze stepped forward, narrowing her eyes. “Someone’s here… and it’s not friendly.”

Suddenly, the door to the backstage area was flung open, revealing Shadow standing tall, his crimson eyes glowing with cold determination. Behind him, several Knights filed in, blocking the exits.

“You’ve been hiding fugitives,” Shadow said coolly, his gaze fixed on Bliss. “The King demands Y/N. Hand her over, or this concert will end permanently.”

Bliss stepped forward, her rose-pink eyes narrowing as she stood between Shadow and the rest of the band. Her usual kind and cheerful demeanor shifted to one of resolve.

“I don’t know what you’re talking about,” Bliss said firmly, her voice steady despite the tremors that shook the cave. “But you’re not laying a finger on anyone here. If you want to cause trouble, you’ll have to go through me.”

Shadow’s crimson eyes flickered with faint amusement before hardening again. “You’re making a mistake,” he said coldly, stepping closer. “You’re endangering everyone here by defying the King. Stand aside.”

Blaze and Silver exchanged uneasy glances but stepped up beside Bliss, silently showing their support. The Knights behind Shadow began to fan out, their weapons glinting in the dim light of the cave.

The rumbling intensified, small rocks falling from the ceiling as cracks began to spread along the walls. The crowd outside started screaming, scrambling to get to safety as the cave threatened to collapse.

“Bliss, we need to get out of here!” Silver shouted, gripping her arm.

Bliss shook her head, standing her ground. “Not until everyone is safe!”

Shadow’s patience wore thin, and he motioned to his Knights. “Find Y/N. Bring her to me. Now.”

The Knights spread out, pushing past Bliss, Silver, and Blaze to search the backstage area. Bliss clenched her fists, her heart pounding as she tried to think of a way to stop them.
