Maxels AU

Basically Maximism but either other Giants were made in the fallen Giants' places (aka the current Maxes but if they weren't fusions) or if the ancient tribes were created but eventually, the Maximum Mixel got the idea to create new Giants to watch over their respective tribes.

Note that the Maxels likely have new personalities, and some do share personalities with the tribal leaders. Honestly, though, I wanted them to have their own personalities.

I also wanted this to be more than just Mixels but with the maxes, I kinda wanted to make this a bit more unique, so only the maxes that are from the colors of the rainbow cubit get to replace the Giants (because the Giants are also of the colors of the rainbow cubit), and the rest stay as singular mixel tribes of three and more.

I had some name ideas for the Giants/Maxels such as

Infernite Maxes - Enfernous and Solrahnheit (Sol-Ra-Fahrenheit) (Main and Cousins, respectively)
Cragsters Max - Giganturox
Electroids Max - Benjastourm
Frosticons Maxes - Blyzzurd and Snodolffe (Main and Cousins, respectively)
Flexers Max - Tentixquisite (Tentacle + exquisite)
Glorp Corp Maxes - Sniphicus (Sniff/mucus) and Noschou (nostril + achoo) (you get the idea)

And these ones which are now unused but up for adoption
Orbitons Max - Nebulous
Glowkies Max - Glowtastix
Munchos - Fīstfeste ("feast-fest")
Pyrratz Max - Setasayle (Set a sail)
Nindjas Max - Shinosamuragon

Possible voice choices (to make the Maxels sound more distinct from their canonical components)
Infernites Max - Dipper Pines or or Axol (from the infamous SMG4)
Cragsters Max - Homestar Runner
Electroids Max - Gaz Membrane? Mabel Pines?
Frosticons Max - Strong Sad? The Author of the Journals?

Wiztastics Max - Mr. Moon of Tally Hall fame (from the god-tier song "A Spring and A Storm" that might make a good novel)

The guys who exist if the RGB Maxels die:

Glorp Corp Cousins Max - Invader Zim or Mixadel

But I'll leave the rest for adoption and just use the ones of the colors of the rainbow cubit (red to violet) with the exceptions of the Cousins Maxes, though if I'd want them to appear, then I may have to kill off the main RGB Maxels (preferably during a fight against the Nixel Armada to spice things up) so the Maximum Mixel can replace them.

Luckily, this doesn't mean that there won't be any "main mixels" for the fanfic series though it won't be the canon ones since them right alongside their own maxes that were retool for a lore-inspired AU felt really weird to me, so it's now up to me to come up with my own mixels (and no, they're not gonna be of the tribes of the Maxels but yes, that will mean either mixel ocs of other tribes replace them or the same mixels of other tribes but with artificial enhancements to give them similar elemental powers to the Maxels replace them)

So the story of the AU, past the already-mentioned "new Giants replace the old Giants that died or became absent", is basically that the Maxels/New Giants were now assigned to watch over their land... and they were at first hyped up for it, but eventually, they got bored so they explored the planet, met each other, and explored each other's lands, invented games to relieve their boredom, and then they found the mixels (aka the mentioned singular tribes) and now they're trying to figure out what to do with them.

Time passes, and with the help of the Maxels/New Giants, civilization continues to advance, though sometimes in spite of this, some of the Maxels would grow bored and return to their own lands to tend to their own time (a few times, Giganturox would dig himself in a deep trench to make drawings from the trench's walls to keep himself busy, and sometimes his best friends Enfernous and Benjastourm would accompany him there. Unfortunately, however, with the Nixel Armada having realized the existence of the mixels and their new giant guardians, this (of course) spirals into a whole butterfly effect (something like in "The Beetle and The Wyvern Begin" where the mixel ancestors visiting the Nixel Armada and showing them mixing causes the Armada to fear the mixels and thus began the Mixel-Nixel War) and now the Nixel Armada is fighting against them with nixels in mechs (to combat the Maxels/New Giants in size and strength) but fortunately, the nixels were defeated quite easily as usual like in canon in spite of this. Unfortunately, like in some specials of mixels, there were times of being nixed and then UNLIKE in some specials of mixels, a few Maxels/New Giants had been killed. First was Enfernous, whom Giganturox mourned the hardest.
