The constricting fangs and the hypnotizing venom

Jordan mentally sighs to herself as she takes a bath. She had just finished another round of training and went to go wash off the sweat and smell. 'I know I shouldn't be down because things are getting ready to kick off like crazy but....I don't know. I feel like I haven't been doing anything as of late. Like my existence means nothing here. Can I even change anything? And would it them be for the better?' She thinks to herself as she scrubs herself though it's hard with having scales instead of skin.

'No just forget about it. You should just keep letting plot happen, making small changes wouldn't hurt.....right?' She thinks to herself as she gets out and puts on a thick jacket and pants. Cause while they did some testing with Zanes shurikens of ice turns out she is very susceptible to the cold. Which sucks cause she likes the cold.

She heads out of the bathroom only to see that nobody was out on the deck just a few drops of water. 'Did I miss Zane breaking his own record? That sucks. Oh well I can still watch him unlock his true potential. I am not missing that thank you very much.' She thinks to herself as she heads back inside and hears talking.

"The snake is the same one the Serpentine want to reawaken today. It is the snake that took my brother away from me" Wu says as she enters the room. "So the Great Devourer turned your brother into the Dark Lord?" Kai asks surprised at the information.

"It was all my fault. You four have finished your training. You must now focus on stopping Pythor rom collecting the fangblades. But never lose focus on the obstacles that lie within each of your hearts that holds you back from true greatness. Unlock your True Potential" Wu advises the group as ge puts up the sword in a case.

"But how are we supposed to do that, Sensei?" Zane questions the dragon oni hybrid. "It is up to each of you to discover. Now I must go on a personal journey of my own" Wu replies getting up and heading to the door. "Where are you going?" Jay asks confused. "To a place you cannot follow" Wu simply replies back.

"If you're going for Lloyd, the City of Ouroboros is filled with hundreds of Serpentine. You'll never do it alone" Cole says concerned for his senseis well being. "I am going to find someone who can be of aid. The Serpentine have united and grown stronger and we will need all the help we can get" Wu says as he leaves. The group look at each other confused as to who Wu was going after.

"Hmm well that happened" Jordan says as the others jump. "Man I wish you would stop doing that!" Kai says putting a hand to his chest. "No you must just be a bad ninja if you can't tell that I'm here" She retorts with a smirk much to Kai's anger.

As the group drops off Wu the group converses with each other. "Just what do you think sensei meant by obstacles in our hearts?" Jay asks as he grabs some fangblade posters, it was the best thing they could come up with. "Perhaps it's something mental that's holding you back? You all seem to be in peak physical condition so it couldnt be that" Jordan replies back as she grabs some posters.

"She might be onto something there, sensei did say we did achieve peak physical condition so yeah it's probably something mental. But what could it be? I mean we all have our own secrets, everybody has a secret or two they definitely don't feel comfortable sharing with others" Cole says as he knows he has his own secrets and problems that he definitely doesn't want to share.

"Yeah I know I certainly do" Kai replies back as the group descends into a village as they begin to set up posters. "Well I have some secrets myself but I don't think they are that bad. You guys already knew about be being raised in a junkyard, so that's one secret gone" Jay replies as he hangs up a poster.
