The man told everything to Anand and next day they all came to the orphanage. Manjari couldn't stop crying on how cruel fate had been. She had lost both her kids. Abhir came and tightly hugged her. "Dida!!" he cried.

Anand and Parth also hugged him. Ruhi peeped through Manjari's back and squealed, "Billa Boy!!"

"Ruhi Chuhi!!!" he exclaimed and tightly hugged her. "I missed you Ruhi Chuhi.. I promise main aaj ke baad main kabhi tujhse jagda nahi karunga.. ( I promise I will never fight with you).

"Main bhi nahi karungi. ( Even I won't..) Ruhi smiled.

Anand and Parth went to do formalities while Abhir packed his bags. He carefully kept Abhimanyu's belongings which were closest to his heart. He turned and saw Akash and Gowri standing.

They hugged him, "We will miss you Bhaiya".

"Miss use karte hai jo dur ho.. Tum dono thodi dur ja rahe ho.. (We miss those who are far from us.. You both aren't going away from me" Abhir smiled. Akash and Gowri confusingly looked at each other.

Taking his bag he went to the Orphanage Office, Akash and Gowri followed him. Anand had completed all the formalities. "Chale? (Let's go?), he asked Abhir and he denied. Everyone looked surprisingly.

"Ek kaam bacha hai Dida.. (There's one thing left)" he announced.

Abhir went upto the warden, looking into her eyes he said, "Mujhe bache adopt karna hai (I want to adopt kids..)

The warden burst out laughing, "Khud bache ho and bacho ko adopt karna hai (You are a kid and you want to adopt kids)

Abhir ignored the laugh and looked at Anand, "Bade Dadu, yeh Akash and Gowri hai.. Main re best best best friends.. Bohat help ki inhone meri.. Main inke bina nahi aaunga.. (This is Akash and Gowri.. My best friends.. They've helped me a lot. I won't come without them)

Manjari had tears in her eyes, "Maan jayiye Bhaisaab, akhir hai toh yeh Abhi ka hi beta.. Woh bhi jab bacha tha, Neil ko ghar lekar aaya tha.. Yeh in bacho ko yaha akele nahi chodega.. (Accept it Bhaisaab, after all he is Abhimanyu's son, even he brought Neil when he himself was a kid.. He won't leave these kids alone here)

Anand asked if they could adopt those kids as well and the warden reluctantly agreed. Akash and Gowri jumped in joy and hugged Abhir. "Thank you Bhaiya", they squealed.

"Akash, Gowri, yeh Ruhi Chuhi hai aur Ruhi Chuhi yeh Akash aur Gowri.." he introduced them to Ruhi.

Ruhi frowned, "Sirf Ruhi naam hai, Ruhi Chuhi nahi Billa Boy (Only Ruhi is my name)". All giggled at their antics.

18 years after

Ruhi frantically walked across the hall. She held the butterfly pendant for the nth time which was not just a reminder of her Poppy but also her lucky charm , while Abhir sat on the sofa fidgeting his pen.

"BTHRH" he murmered

"Main already stress mein hoon and tu short forms mein baat kar raha hai (I'm already stressed and here you're speaking in short forms).. By the way does it mean 'Bohat tension ho rahi hai" (I'm having tension)

Abhir nodded in response. "Ruhi Chuhi, stop walking aur shanti se aake betja (calmly sit down)".  

Even as kids, Abhir and Ruhi were sure on what they want to be when they grow up. Doctors. Just like Dr. Abhimanyu and Dr. Aarohi. And today was the day their MBBS result was supposed to come.

Rest of the family arrived. "Did the result come?" Anand asked. Ruhi and Abhir denied. 

"I don't know kitna result aayega.. Agar kam aaya toh mujhe bohat kudh hoga (I don't know how much result will come, if it's less I will feel bad" Ruhi stated.

"Khud nahi dukh hota hai Ruhi didi.." Gowri corrected

"Wahi wahi Gowri.. " she stressfully replied.

"And why would it come less?... I'm sure you both will top.." Mahima assured.

"Abhi got 496 and Aarohi got 495 out of 500... Both were state toppers of their term. Let's see if you both can cross the benchmarks set by your parents" Harsh proudly stated.

"Abhir, Ruhi before checking results, go and take the blessings of God" Manjari said. Abhir and Ruhi nodded and took blessings. They also bowed in front of the photos of their late parents. "Dadda, Maasi bless us that we get good results.." Abhir said.

Abhir opened the laptop to check the result. "First check mine please.." Ruhi anxiously said closing her eyes and crossing her finger.

"Ruhi.." Abhir said softly leaving a deep sigh. 

"Billa Boy main peet dungi tujhe.. Tension mat bada aur bata kitna aaya hai (I will hit you. Don't give me tension and tell how much is the result..) Ruhi angrily stated.

Abhir started giggling, "Ruhi Chuhi, hum dono ne 497 laya hai and tu state topper hai (We both have gotten 497 out of 500 and you're the state topper)"

Ruhi jumped in joy, "Seriously?!?! I can't believe this!!" she squealed and hugged Abhir.

Everyone congratulated them. Abhir held the star pendant tied to his bracelet and mentally thanked Mahadev.

Ruhi held Abhir's hand, "Billa boy, I know you wanted to be the state topper, you wanted to be number 1.. Despite getting same marks, I don't know why they gave you second rank.. You aren't upset na?"

Abhir pulled her ear, "BZNH.."

"Matlab? and chod mera kaan (What it means and leave my ear)? Ruhi cried.

Abhir - "Bohat zyaada naraz hoon.. I'm very upset. On you. Tujhe sachme lagta hai tu first aayi iss baat se mein naraz hojaunga? (You really thought I would be upset that you came first?)... I would've been happy if I came first but now I'm happiest that my Ruhi Chuhi came first.. " saying he tightly hugged her. Gowri and Akash also joined them.

"Our results came, tomorrow is yours.. " Ruhi said looking at Akash who was in his final year MBA and was planning to join the administration department of Birla Hospital.

And next week is yours madam, remember.." Abhir stated pulling Gowri's cheeks who was studying fashion designing.

Agar aap hume orphanage se likhe nahi aaye hote toh shayad main kabhi fashion designing pad hi nahi pati.. (If you hadn't brought us from orphanage, I would've never been abled to study fashion designing)... Thanks Bhaiya" Gowri smiled.

Abhir gave a peck on her forehead, "I didn't do any favours Gowri.. You both are my siblings and I'll always love you both..".

So what specialisation you both have are planning to do?" Harsh asked.

"Cardiology.." Abhir proudly stated. "I want to be the best heart surgeon in the country.."

"And I'll be taking gynaecology Dadu.." Ruhi smiled

"Ruhi, let's give the good news to Dadda and Maasi.." Abhir said.
