"Well," she said, standing up abruptly, "this has been fun."
Robby looked up, eyebrows slightly raised. "That's it?"
She shrugged. "You don't seem like the heart-to-heart type, and I don't do emotional therapy, so yeah. That's it."
He scoffed, shaki...

Skye was at the dojo when she saw Devon enter. Her heart sank. She didn't want Devon to join Cobra Kai—she had tried to keep her safe. At least her.
Skye quickly walked over. "What are you doing here? I thought you quit."
Devon scoffed. "You beat me on the mat, but I only lose if I give up."
Silver stepped toward them, his expression pleased. "Miss Lee, why don't you go check in with the receptionist?"
Devon nodded and walked off, leaving Silver to turn his attention to Skye. His voice was full of approval. "I have to hand it to you. Miss Lee reached out after class yesterday, asking if she could join the flagship dojo. Apparently, she wants to learn more from you. I'm very proud of you."
Skye didn't respond. She turned to Kim instead. "She failed the test. She ran away," Skye pointed out.
Kim grinned. "The test wasn't for her. It was for you. I wanted to see how much strength you have in your heart, to accomplish what you needto do."
Skye frowned in confusion. "And what's that?"
Silver stepped closer, his voice smooth and deliberate. "Something greater than you could ever imagine."
Skye only nodded, not fully sure what he meant but knowing better than to question him now. She turned away and went back to the mat, joining Tory and Kenny.
Skye stood motionless on the mat, her fists clenched at her sides, trying to focus on her breathing. But Silver's presence was like a weight, pushing down on her chest, making every inhale feel like a struggle.
"You're not yourself, Skye," Silver's voice was cold, almost amused as he paced around her. "You've been distracted lately, haven't you? I can see it in your movements. Your focus is slipping."
She could feel his eyes on her, and every muscle in her body tensed. She didn't respond, instead forcing her gaze down to the floor, hoping he'd move on to something else.
Silver wasn't done. His voice dropped lower, becoming almost dangerously quiet. "Let me guess... Robby Keene's the reason, isn't he?"
Skye's breath caught, and for a moment, she couldn't hide the flicker of panic that crossed her face. She swallowed hard, but her heart was racing.
Silver smirked, sensing her unease. "You're still seeing him, aren't you? Can't keep your eyes off him, even when you're supposed to be here, focused, learning, becoming better. I can see what's happening."
Her stomach churned, the weight of his words sinking in. She wanted to deny it, to push him away and tell him that she wasn't the same person she was when she joined Cobra Kai. But something about his gaze made her falter, made her wonder if he already knew everything.
Silver took another step toward her, lowering his voice even further. "I don't care about your little romance, Skye. What I care about is you doing your job, being part of this dojo, being focused. You can't afford distractions. If you want to stay here, stay loyal, you need to make a choice."
