Back at base camp, Suika was nervously pacing back and forth in front of her dog, who was happily sitting and panting while wagging its tail. What a blissfully happy dog. Kohaku is standing next to the dog while leaning against a different pole of Chrome's collection hut.

Chalk, the dog, barked upon seeing the group coming back.

"I'm so happy to see you!" Suika said as she ran towards the 4 pillars of the Kingdom of Science and the Kingdom of Medicine.

"Uh, why is Senku being dragged by (Y/n)?" Kohaku asked, looking at the dead-like body of Senku as the physician was carrying the jars of sulfuric acid in a bag over her shoulder.

"This jerk forgot all about including me in their little victory speech," (Y/n) huffed and puffed. She simply dropped Senku on his face, making him eat dirt. "I threw one of the glass bottles at him, and now he's dead. Oh well."

"Biggest hurdle cleared!" Chrome cheered while also not paying attention to (Y/n), Kohaku, or the dead body. "Sulfuric acid acquired!"

"Ah," Kohaku turned her attention back to Chrome. With the sulfuric acid in hand they now have a higher chance of making the cure for Ruri. "This is so amazing! We can finally make the medicine and save Ruri's life!"

"We're still a few steps away," Chrome said flatly. "You gotta have some patience. You remember that crazy roadmap to the drug that (Y/n) drew up for us, right?"

"I recall it being incredibly long." Kohaku felt defeated now.

"Heh," Senku chuckled. He stood up from the ground with a large red mark on his forehead. If that was from the glass bottle hitting him or being dropped face first on the ground is up to your interpretation. "No sweat. We're close. We have just about every component that we're gonna need now."

Everyone, excluding (Y/n), gasped. They were very far ahead in the ingredients list for the drug they needed. The others just didn't realize that they were that far ahead.

"And since most of the materials are in place," Senku mentally mapped out the roadmap (Y/n) drawn on the ground. "It's just a matter of lighting up all the dark spots on the roadmap, one by one. Should be pretty easy, actually."

(Y/n) grabbed some glass bottles, and started the preparations for the sulfa drug. "It looks like everything else is just some chemical reactions and experiments, along with perfecting the drug the way we need it."

"And how easy will that be?" Kohaku asked.

"Well, if we're going the route I'm thinking Senku is having us take," (Y/n) had to think back to which path they were taking, which is the stone age path because the other one would take too long. It also has more limited properties. "Then this should be easy with Senku and I. But let this be known, that this is the Kingdom of Medicine's work, not science. Well, it's a combo of both but this is a miracle drug, so it goes under my kingdom."

"Excuse me?" Senku asked, his eye twitching a little. "Do remember that medicine is chemical reactions. This is science."

"And do remember who's the one who knows how each reaction is going to affect different people," (Y/n) shot back, glaring at the boy. "Along with the one with the most medical knowledge, and the one who's been having to remind you of a lot of fundamental things. I know how the human body is going to react, so this falls under medicine. It's healing people. The next thing I know, you're going to make another 'love potion' and make someone drink it, and they'll end up right in my hospital bed."
