Beo Ran didn't waste a second as she sprinted back inside the training center, this time alone. The backup fighters who were still inside barely had time to react. They blinked in confusion as she tore through their group, moving straight past them without so much as a glance.

"What is she doing?" someone muttered as they watched her disappear.

She reached the elevator and immediately hit the button. Nothing. The screen was dark. She had forgotten it was broken. Without hesitating, she turned and ran straight for the stairs.

Four floors. It didn't matter. She needed to reach her friends. That was if she wasn't mistaken, they were on the fourth floor searching for the knife. She grabbed her phone from her pocket, breathlessly dialing Ji Woo first.

No answer. She tried Jun. Nothing. She pressed Ga Min's contact. Still nothing.

Frustrated, she shoved her phone back in her pocket and bolted up the steps. As she reached the third floor, she suddenly heard a noise, a faint grunting sound. She slowed down, listening carefully.

A door opened somewhere in the staircase. Footsteps. Beo Ran quickly slipped through the nearest stairwell door and peeked into the hallway. It was empty. She waited.

Two men descended the stairwell, heading down to the parking lot. Her eyes widened slightly as she recognized one of them, the long-haired guy with the kiss imprint on his cheek. The other man was unfamiliar, but what made her stomach drop was the unconscious person slung over his shoulder.

                   Short black hair. Black suit.

                   Ji Woo.

Beo Ran sucked in a breath. They were taking her.

Moving as quietly as possible, she followed them down, staying out of sight.

She kept close to the walls, barely breathing as they stepped outside into the dimly lit parking lot again. She looked around and noticed Han Wool's car wasn't there. He was already gone.

The man carrying Ji Woo walked to one of them, opened the back door, and shoved her inside before entering the building once again. Beo Ran's pulse pounded in her ears. The long-haired man got into the driver's seat and started the engine.

He was going to take her away.

Panic shot through her. She was about to run towards him and save her friend, but something stopped her. Someone was running towards the car.

"Sun Cheol?" she muttered under her breath.

                   Didn't he get arrested?

Sun Cheol came to a stop behind the car, blocking the way. The long-haired man immediately got out, his hands tucked casually in his pockets as he confronted him with a smirk.

Beo Ran managed to run behind a parked car and watched.

Sun Cheol didn't wait. He lunged first, throwing a punch, but the long-haired guy dodged easily. Then, with one swift motion, he grabbed Sun Cheol and flung him across the lot like he weighed nothing.
