Third-Person POV :
The world saw Korn Theerapanyakul as a composed, calculating leader—a man who held his empire with an iron grip and a silver tongue. But behind closed doors, behind the mask of a businessman and father, lurked a monster.
The room was dimly lit, the scent of cigars and expensive whiskey lingering in the air. Korn sat behind his grand mahogany desk, his fingers tapping idly against the polished surface as the man before him trembled.
“You disappointed me.” Korn’s voice was calm, eerily so.
The man—one of his own—was on his knees, head bowed, hands clenched into fists against the marble floor. “P-please, Khun Korn… I didn’t mean to—”
Korn sighed, rubbing his temple as if he was dealing with a child. “Didn’t mean to?” His lips curled into something that resembled a smile. “And yet, you still did. You cost me millions.”
The man whimpered.
Korn gestured lazily with his fingers, and immediately, two guards stepped forward, grabbing the man by his arms.
“Please, I have a family! My daughter—”
Korn’s expression didn’t change. “Then you should have thought about that before you betrayed me.”
A gun clicked.
A silenced shot rang out.
The man slumped, lifeless, blood pooling beneath his head.
Korn didn’t flinch. Didn’t even blink.
He picked up his glass of whiskey and took a slow sip before glancing at one of his guards. “Clean this up.”
The guard nodded. “Yes, sir.”
Korn exhaled, leaning back in his chair, his mind already shifting to his next move.
There was a reason why he remained untouchable.
Why no one dared to challenge him.
He was always ten steps ahead.
And if someone tried to play against him?
They were already dead before they even realized it.

A Father’s Mask
By the time Korn arrived at the mansion, the blood on his hands was already forgotten. The moment he stepped inside, his expression softened, his features carefully composed into that of a father and businessman—respected, wise, a man who carried the weight of a family empire with ease.
He walked through the halls, nodding at the staff who bowed as he passed. The house was quiet, but he knew exactly where his eldest son would be.
Kinn was in his office, reviewing documents, a cigarette between his fingers. His face was tired, but he was focused. The moment he noticed his father at the door, he quickly straightened. “Father.”
Korn gave him an approving nod before stepping inside, settling in the chair opposite his son. “How is business?”
Kinn took a slow drag from his cigarette before answering. “The casino earnings are steady. The nightclub expansions are progressing as planned.”
Korn raised an eyebrow. “And the... other businesses?”
Kinn knew exactly what he was referring to. “The last shipment arrived safely. The deal with the Chinese Triad is secured.”
Korn hummed in approval, then leaned forward slightly, his gaze sharpening. “And you?”
Kinn frowned slightly. “What about me?”
