[The dream ends and Sensei awakens from their slumber. They find themselves back inside the Utnapishtim's ship and get back up on their feet...]

Sensei:
- "Ugh..."
- "My head..."
Rin: Sensei! You're awake. You're currently back abord the ship. Team two found you collapsed at the lower levels. Are you okay?
Sensei:
- "I think so."
- "I had a really bad dream all of a sudden..."
Rin: A bad dream? ...I wouldn't mind hearing the details, but unfortunately, we have more important problems to address as of now. We've received word from each of the scouting teams that each of the Areas have been occupied by unknown phantoms. You haven't been briefed on them yet. Himari can explain the rest.
Himari: Welcome back Sensei. As you might have noticed, the situation is a bit dire. Our communication network is under siege, cutting us off from the city's support. This phantom phenomenon is the cause of it. The Ark's multidimensional analysis has been gathering power to the point of bringing out these phantom copies. From what we could tell, they don't seem to follow any specific commands. They may look and sound like people we know, but they more or less follow their own script.
Hanako: What Himari-san means is these phantoms aren't being commanded by the Guide of Chroma. It's completely random behind their movements, but they attack anybody that get close to them.
Himari: While that is true, it doesn't excuse the fact they are blocking our objective. Once the dimension engines have been destroyed, they'll disappear in each Area. A repeat of the Ark of Atrahasis conquest, plain and simple. Our main objective is to reach Area 4, the "Multidimensional Analysis Engine Control Room: Throne of Naram-Sin." It is where Ark is being controlled and where our main antagonist should be holed up.
Hanako: There's one more thing to mention. The Chroma's corruption may not be at play right now, but there are reports of negative energy in each Area. I can't tell if they're related to the phenomenon, but it's best to steer clear from them unless Sensei is up for the challenge. Who knows? There may be something special for Sensei to uncover.
Rin: Bottom line, we can't proceed to Area 4 until each one is secure. Are you able to head out and help?
Sensei:
- "I can do it."
Rin: Okay. Everyone is already out fighting. Link up with Team one and help take the first engine. We're counting on your Sensei.
[Meanwhile inside Area 4, Phrenapates appears while watching a sleeping Arona on the floor. Her full body appears solid due to the Throne of Naram-Sin multidimensional space. Suddenly, Arona begins to start talking in her sleep as though she is having a terrible nightmare...]

Arona (asleep): (struggling in her dreams) Mmm... Sensei... Don't go. Please.... I need you. The students need you... Don't go... Please don't die... I... I can't do this alone. Sensei...
Phrenapates: (watches Arona) ...
Shiroko Terror: (appears from behind) ...Sensei. Everything is ready to begin.
Phrenapates: ...
Shiroko Terror: Are you prepared? Once this starts, there's no turning back. Everything that happens is for a greater purpose. And please remember, whatever happens, don't stop me. This... This is what I do.
Phrenapates: ... (nods silently)
Shiroko Terror: ...! ...Thank you. With this, I won't hesitate anymore. ...Pseudos, I'm ready. Please start the next phase.
Event Campaign: A-H.A (Ark of Atrahasis) Infiltration Conquest+
The A-H.A Infiltration Battle ties to the Chapter 2 story where Sensei commits a Conquest Battle to secure tiles and checkpoints in four stages to proceed the story. Similar to the original A-H.A occupation battle, the stages are the same. However, the gameplay changes slightly as instead of dealing with the mechanic of Corruption, where tiles are taken by the enemy, the player must be wary of Nightmare, tiles that are covered in black smoke that change periodically. A tile or base inflicted with Nightmare will encounter debuffs once they enter combat. The debuff decreases cost recovery and makes it harder to bring out EX Actions. Nightmare tiles change after each combat, but taking them on yield special rewards after each victory.
The enemy forces have changed from the regular automatons and drones to copies of students and mystics. Generic mobs of delinquents and students will appear in combat varying from different districts. The final boss of the Area is specific to a district. Area One's final boss is the Avant Guard Army, Area Two's final boss is Behemoth Pan-chan, and Area's Three final boss is Horus of Dawn (Hoshino Terror)...
After each Area is complete, the story quest will continue from Episode 12 to Episode 13. Also, confronting the nightmares will build up a special meter in each Area. Once the meter is filled, a specialevent will occur for the player to witness. Beat back the nightmare and reveal the truths within!
