Avika switched off the T.V. and exhaled. A bitter chuckle escapes her lips. It is so comical how a single dinner, is what everyone is fussing about.
'He was right when he said people have a obssession with his personal life beyond her understanding ', she thinks.
Her own best friend is making fan edits of the clips that were captured by the media.
Though she knew this is what was supposed to happen, she didn't expect her company's sales to fluctuate so unpredictably. As at one point, they were striking high and at the next moment they were turning red.
All of this was happening because Siddharth's fans and the media couldn't decide how to feel about her. While some news channels and people were excited and happy for Siddharth, others were hating her and questioning everything.
"This is all too fast." "Does she even deserve him?" "Who does she think she is?"
Avika sighed. She feared the media would turn on her. But knowing this didn't make it exactly easier.
Still, she couldn't just sit back and watch. Her company came first-always. She has to stablise Delights, make sure this chaos doesn't affect it's growth.And then she'd deal with Siddharth's fans.
Just then her phone rings- Pataka was calling her again. Last night, Riddhika had practically screamed through the phone, demanding every tiny detail.
