SIGYN

Sigyn had not seen the lake house in a few years. She used to love it though. Malibu was the place to be in the summer. Beaches and waves all day long, but when it came to christmas... Every year it was a visit to the Lake house. Surrounded by tall trees, snow that sometimes reached Sigyn's knees or higher. Building snowmen and drinking chocolate by the fire. Sigyn got to have a few perfect Christmases before she was sent away. She had nothing but winter memories at the Lake house. Therefore driving up and seeing trees full of big green leaves, wildflowers growing in patches and sunshine reflecting off the grand lake all seemed incredibly odd to her.

"My god, this place is going to be most beautiful with the decorations." Awed Wanda as she glanced around the clearing in front of the Lake house.

"Like a storybook wedding." Natasha nodded as she exited the car.

"I can't believe you chose this place out of anywhere in the world." Sigyn shook her head and smirked.

Pepper smiled at her. "It's a special place. Exclusive too, so it makes it better."

"As if the Plaza is not exclusive." Sigyn sniffed.

"God, you sound like Tony." Pepper scoffed. "It's our family home, I want us to officially become a family here, okay?

Sigyn's cheeks grew a bit warm. "Geez, talk about sentimental." She teased.

Later that evening, the women rolled with laughter as they all lazed on the porch drinking Peach Bellini's. The sun had already set and fire-flies had begun to flicker around. A warm breeze caressed the woman, but most were too flushed to even care.

"Okay, okay, my turn again," Pepper rambled as she swished her champagne flute and brushed her fake bride-veil from her face. "Drink if you have pretended to have a reason to leave a date."Natasha let out a scoff and took a drink, while Pepper giggled madly. "Nat!"

"What? I only went out with him to get info for Shield. Quite a dud actually." Natasha shrugged.

"Oh, very understandable." Agreed Wanda.

"Anyway you turn, Nat." Pepper insisted.

"Drink if you've fallen asleep at work." Nat said quickly.

"I have!" Pepper squealed, her cheeks growing even more red as she took another drink. "I do my best, but god sometimes it's just aaaaaargh-" Pepper groaned. "I just can't stay awake. Tony doesn't help either, it's like one o'clock and the morning hits and he just has to have sex-"

"Okay gross!" Sigyn spoke up as her face contorted in disgust.

Oops, sorry." Pepper blushed as she sipped her drink again. "But like, how do you think I brought you into this world?"

"You didn't." Sigyn reminded her. Pepper paused and gave Sigyn a confused look, until realization ran across her face. "Oh my god, you're right!" She squealed as she covered her face in embarrassment. Wanda let out a giggle and all Natasha could bring herself to do was smile into her glass.

LOKI

Stark was awake at the crack of dawn. Unable to settle himself and walking circles around the mansion as he talked rapidly on the phone, ready to tear nearly anyone's head off. Banner and Rodgers were the only ones indulging his bad attitude up until they all cramped themselves into what Midguardians called a Limo. Since then, the Peter boy had begun to fawn over Stark as well.

"Just have a drink, man. Take some of the edge off." Sam Wilson told Stark who shot him a narrowed glance.

"Oh so I should just arrive drunk to my own wedding, yeah, Pepper will love that." Tony snapped. "Not at all would she be pissed."
