Professor Oak's Introduction
"Fascinating! While most people think of Fossil Pokémon as ancient Rock-types, history tells us that life existed in many different ages—each with its own powerful creatures. Some Fossil Pokémon come from the dinosaur era, but others hail from the Ice Age, the Age of Giants, or even forgotten mythical times. In your region, Fossil Pokémon don't all have to be Rock-type! Ice-age Pokémon might be Ice-type, while prehistoric marine creatures could be Water-type. Let's dig deep into history and uncover what ancient Pokémon roam your region!"
1. Expanding Fossil Pokémon Beyond Rock-Type
In most regions, Fossil Pokémon are always part Rock-type, representing the fossilization process. However, if Pokémon can be revived differently, they could have new primary typings based on their prehistoric age.
➡ New Typing Concepts for Fossil Pokémon:
✅ Ice-Type Fossil Pokémon – From the Ice Age, preserved in glaciers instead of rock.
✅ Water-Type Fossil Pokémon – Ancient sea creatures revived from deep-sea fossils.
✅ Steel-Type Fossil Pokémon – Prehistoric Pokémon with natural armor or metallic bodies.
✅ Ground-Type Fossil Pokémon – Giant land creatures adapted to prehistoric deserts or plains.
✅ Fairy- or Ghost-Type Fossil Pokémon – Inspired by lost mythological beings or spirits of the past.

Does your region have Fossil Pokémon that aren't Rock-type?
How are Fossil Pokémon revived differently—ice preservation, underground excavation, or mystical rituals?
➡ Example: In your region, Fossil Pokémon from the Ice Age are Ice-type, while Fossil Pokémon from deep-sea ruins are Water-type.
2. Fossil Pokémon from Different Prehistoric Ages
Instead of just dinosaurs, your Fossil Pokémon can come from a variety of ancient time periods!
1. The Ice Age (10,000+ Years Ago) – Ice-Type Fossils
The Ice Age was dominated by woolly creatures, cold-resistant predators, and giant mammals that adapted to freezing climates.
🦴 Possible Ice Age Fossil Pokémon:
Ice/Fighting Saber-Tooth Pokémon – A powerful feline predator with ice-covered fangs.
Ice/Ground Mammoth Pokémon – A massive Pokémon with thick fur and earth-shaking stomps.
Ice/Dark Cave Bear Pokémon – A nocturnal Pokémon that hibernated for centuries in frozen caves.
Ice/Steel Megaloceros Pokémon – A prehistoric deer with antlers covered in frozen metal.
Ice/Ghost Frozen Avian Pokémon – A Pokémon that became extinct during the Ice Age and now haunts the glaciers.

Are there Fossil Pokémon in your region that were preserved in ice instead of rock?
Does your region have a special Ice Fossil Lab for reviving Pokémon?
➡ Example: Your region has an Ice/Fighting Saber-Tooth Pokémon that only appears in deep frozen caves, revived from ice shards instead of traditional fossils.
2. The Age of Dinosaurs (65+ Million Years Ago) – Traditional Rock-Type Fossils
The Mesozoic Era, or the Age of Dinosaurs, was filled with giant reptiles, massive predators, and early birds.
