Kasey exhaled as she turned the key in the lock, the weight of the week pressing down on her shoulders. Meetings, paperwork, and the unrelenting pressure of being back in the corporate world had drained her completely. But as soon as she stepped inside, the exhaustion was met with a warmth she hadn't felt in years. Laughter echoed from the kitchen, bright and full of life, a sound she had once feared she'd never hear in this house again.

She paused in the entryway, just taking it in. For too long, this place had been a shell, a grand but hollow structure that had only served as a painful reminder of all she had lost. But now, it was different. It was full of warmth. Full of love. Full of them.

Setting her keys down on the side table, she loosened her tie and shrugged off her jacket as she made her way towards the kitchen. The closer she got, the clearer the voices became.

"Pietro, I swear, if you eat one more piece of that bread before dinner, I'm tying your hands together," Wanda's voice rang out, a mix of amusement and exasperation.

Pietro scoffed. "As if you could catch me."

There was a sharp clatter of something hitting the counter. "Try me."

Kasey smirked as she stepped into the doorway, leaning against the frame. The scene before her was one of chaotic domestic bliss—Wanda at the stove, stirring something in a pot, Nat standing beside her, sipping from a glass of red wine as she chopped vegetables with precision. Pietro, ever the mischievous brother, was perched on the counter, a piece of bread halfway to his mouth, eyes darting between Wanda and his impending doom. And next to him stood a woman Kasey didn't recognize, her dark curls bouncing as she laughed at whatever mess Pietro had gotten himself into.

"Looks like I walked into a war zone," Kasey mused, finally making her presence known.

Immediately, Wanda's head snapped up, her face breaking into a wide smile. "You're home."

Nat turned as well, her own smirk appearing as she put down the knife. "Took you long enough."

Before Kasey could get another word out, Wanda was across the kitchen, wrapping her arms around Kasey's neck and pulling her in for a deep kiss. The tension from her day melted almost instantly as she felt Wanda's warmth against her. When they pulled away, Nat was already there, her lips brushing against Kasey's in greeting, the kiss slower, more teasing, but no less affectionate.

"Now that's an entrance," the unknown woman quipped, a grin on her face as she watched the scene unfold.

Kasey chuckled, wrapping an arm around Wanda's waist as she looked toward the stranger. "And you must be...?"

"Monica," she introduced herself, extending a hand. "Girlfriend of this Maximoff twin and unwilling witness to their sibling battles." She said as she briefly pointed at Pietro.

Kasey shook her hand firmly. "Nice to meet you, Monica. I hope they haven't scarred you for life yet or possibly chased you off from this guy." She uses her eyes to gesture towards Piet who has a fake shocked look on this face as she clutches his chest dramatically.

"Oh, please," Monica waved her off. "I grew up with Carol Danvers breathing down my neck. This is nothing."

Pietro finally decided to chime in, tossing the piece of bread into his mouth before speaking. "Speaking of things that are nothing—let's talk about you dating both my sister and Natasha."

Kasey sighed, rubbing her temple. "That was fast."

"Of course it was fast. It's my business to know my sister's business." Pietro grinned, but his expression was more protective than anything else. "You're in so much trouble with our family."
